She stands 5'7 with pale blue skin, ram-like horns, and a thin forked tail. She wore a white blouse with a black waist coat over it, a long black double-breasted skirt with silvery buttons, and thick, metal-heeled boots. Her long white hair was covering her right eye which were a beautfuil turquoise color. She carried a silver sickle that was imbued with holy runes from the god of knowledge. She affectionally petted the dogs as they twisted and turned in happy circles around her before she sat down at a table. A book suddenly appeared before her on the table.
Lysander waves. "And who might you be?"

The stains are still not coming out. "How did you fall?"
"Tried to just, not put into effect of a fate of someone who had a cruel one planned, slept instead because only then was I starting to grow tired of my job, which was putting into effect of fates of mortals for the whole 1,242 years I existed, Savras called me, I fell, yata yata, here we are, I'm fine with it because the only reason I'm trying to get back to the Upper Planes is to help a friend. Oh also I don't know if the god that did this put on some effect that keeps the blood stains, because I'd feel divine aura around it, but I'm also, you know, standing next to a planetar." He looks at his wings
Barachiel looks over at his wings. "Probably the same reason your wings turned black. Unless they were always like that."

A female elf enters the tavern. They have greyish blue tinted skin and a pair of pale blue eyes with golden flecks in it. She has long hair thats a navy blue color with silver streaks in it. She wears a set of fine clothes, a guitar strapped over her shoulder. she looks around the tavern with a smile, stepping inside fully, a small bag slung over her other shoulder.

Soldaer is sitting at the bar, sipping on a glass of Feywine. He glances over before returning to his glass, but quickly does a double take, his eyes going wide.
She's looking down at a small object, before looking around the tavern again
Soldaer gets up, leaving the glass behind on bar and walks over to her. "I'm Soldaer Torrae. You look very much like someone I once knew..."
She smiles, "I better." She lightly punches his arm, "I'm Etheaonia, remember?"
Soldaer laughs, giving her a hug. "Etheaonia! How'd you end up here?!"
"The locals would call it 'walking'" She says, returning the hug
Soldaer laughs, letting her go. "Well, that's a long way to walk, considering we're on different world. We're on Entropy."
"You know i have my ways," She says with a friendly wink
"Indeed you do, Etheaonia." he says with a chuckle. "It's been far too long since I last saw you. Where have you been keeping yourself? I was afraid you were among those killed when that Green Dragon attacked the village."
"Family houses around the continent. Father was aways prepared." She says, "That dragon hasn't turned up in a while though."
"Because I killed it." Soldaer says with a smile. He reaches into one of his braces and pulls out an obviously handcrafted dagger made from a massive tooth with a single large emerald set in the pommel.
"Wha? YOu really are hero of the vilage then," She smiles and hugs him again
Soldaer chuckles, hugging her back. "Yeah. We ended up organizing hunting parties to deal with any other threats after that incident. Wyverns, Fiendish drakes, even a couple Purple worms. The forest for about 50 miles in every direction from the village is safe from anything like that."
"Thats a lot, how strong are ya now?"
Soldaer pulls out of the hug, smiling. "I'm the Chosen of Eilistraee, so..." He chuckles slightly.
"Ah yes, our chozen one" She says it with a very noble accent before giggling, "You were always so serious about it"

"It transforms you into an adult dragon of the type belonging to the scale inside it for one hour."
"Oh, I don't want that." They say, bluntly before adding, "Not to offend you, nor dragon kind in any way shape or form." They say, cluchting something in their pocket
Phantom shrugs. "At very least you can sell them. They're exceptionally powerful, a worth at least 15,000 GP each most likely, probably more. I'll respect it though."
"Mmm... Maybe. I could take one, but where would I find a scale? I could go to Tu'narath, but turning into a red dragon won't be fun..." He says, eventually muttering to himself as he goes through his options
Phantom shrugs. "That part is up to you. Even without the scale, it's extremely valuable, as it is difficult to prepare properly, and once ready, all that is needed is a little heat and a scale to finish the potion."
"Okay... Um... Could I possibly see some other items? If it isn't too much of a hassle. Mayhaps some ones concerning speed."
Phantom chuckles. "Not interested in the potions anymore? Alright. Follow me then."
"I am but......... I kinda know how to make them all." They say, worried at upsetting the dragon
Phantom laughs. "Alright then. Follow me. I'll take you to the armory."
"Sure!" Yacatl says, following the dragon, careful not to out walk them
Phantom chuckles when Yacatl occasionally passes him. He leads them down several more tunnels, back through the chamber they started in, and down more tunnels, turning down a side passage before they walk through a pair of large, beautiful doors.
Yacatl stops and waits for the dragon to open them. "Say, want to race after this?"
Phantom chuckles turning down a side passage and away from the doors. "I know you'll beat me, unless I use magic." He says as he leads them down a twisting corridor that eventually ends seemingly in a dead end. Phantom touches a few rocks in the wall, and the end shifts, revealing an armory that would make most kings jealous.
"I use magic, you could as well. When did I say otherwise?" They say, looking around at the armory
Phantom chuckles. "Fair enough."
I wasn't kidding when I said this would make kings jealous. There's at least 5 different suits of adamantite armor, a suit of scale mail made from black and silver scales, racks and racks of swords, polearms, maces, bows, crossbows. On one wall there's a case with hundreds of daggers and other throwable weapons in it.
Yacatl makes a mental list of the magic items
"Interesting. If I may ask, how did you get them?
Phantom chuckles. "I'm a dragon, and over Three Thousand years old. I've fought in wars, against cults, other dragons.... It's easy to accumulate such a hoard over that much time."

There's a Moonblade, and an extremely ornate trident on one wall, but other than that, nothing really.
Yacatl is about it touch one of them, but before he does he looks over at the elf/dragon, not wanting to do some social faux pas."
Phantom chuckles. "Go ahead, Yacatl."
"Okay... I am worried because I have permission to do a lot, so I might over step my bounds and do something wrong." They say, gently grabbing the trident. Hello?
Yacatl hears it humming some sea shanty, but it doesn't respond. "You found Wave, I see. Powerful trident, but it only speaks Aquan."
He rolls his eyes and responds in Primordial *of which Aquan is but a dialect* Hello?
"I have, and thanks for telling me... So what can't I do here? Not that I have the faintest idea or will or drive to do such taboos in your home... lair... place... you get the idea."
