Lysander rolls his eyes and cleans himself with prestigitation. He turns to Theseus, "Have you made any friends here?"
The smol points to Lysander
He frowns and thinks over stuff. "What do you know about old age? Specifically what it leads to."
Theseus only says “fighting” in an almost whisper [[lmao he’s 15 and just bolts from his house cuz his parents were being loud, then again to him everything is like ten times louder]]
Lysander rolls his eyes, and casts silence.
Messge: Better?
Much, thank you
Theseus hugs Lysander
Good. Now, I am old and weary and I will... die soon. They admit to the kid
[[ Theseus ain’t wrong tho lmao ]]
oh… I will miss you… can you- can you teach me magic? Theseus looks up at Lysander hopefully
I can try what I must. What do you want to learn?
*AKA Lysander is slated to die on Friday*
The one you did to make everything silent.. and maybe a healing spell too
Theseus looked hopeful
please
[[Eeeeee]]
*Too bad Lysander doesn't really care for him*
Too little time. I can make you maybe a cantrip wizard, but not a one that can cast silence
I see, that’s ok I’m happy I can learn at least a bit
[[ well obviously he cares for Theseus at least a bit, why else would he have helped him? He never needed to ]]
*He needs to PR, to convice the more powerful creatures to kill Asmdoues. Long story*
Sure. But I need to disable the magic, okay?
Ok
Lysander disables it and sounds flood in. What do you know of wizardry?
Particular the difference between wizardry and sorcerery

Hi everyone! I'm working up the will to finalize my signature, so... I guess this will be the signature for now
"You are rather inquisitive, aren't you?" Phantom says with a laugh. "And sure."
"Well believe it or not, but I don't talk to dragons much." He says, jokingly. "Anyway, how do you control your aura of fear?"
"It is a learned skill. It is rather like how you humanoids would intimidate a single person, albeit on a larger scale. As for who we chose is effected by it..." Phantom shrugs. "Your guess is as good as mine."
"I see... I wanted to make a magic item that caused fear but I never got it right." They say shruging and continuing to walk
"So where are the plants?"
"Most of them, as I said, are going to be in the Firantin forest, which is quite a ways out." Phantom keeps walking, leading them through several other passages, and seemingly bypassing the main chamber altogether. Eventually they come to the entrance, which is a scenic overlook about 17,000 feet up the side of a massive mountain. All around is the rest of the range, and far off in the distance, you think you can make out a hint of green: the Firantin Forest.
"Mmm... Are they within your range of regional effects?"
Phantom shifts back into his dragon form and shakes his head. "No. The forest is over 50 miles away as the dragon flies, and over 120 miles for you because of the mountains."
"Mmm... Well I will take the crystal leaves that you mentioned grew inside the cave."
Phantom flicks his tail towards a cluster of crystal-like plants growing back about 120 feet or so from the entrance. They almost seem to glow slightly, and have a pale, ice-blue, color to them. "There you go."
Yacatl samples some, intimidated by the dragon
Phantom chuckles again, the sound vibrating the cave entrance, and his tail swishes from side to side. "If you wish, I can take you to the forest when you're ready. If not, then we can head back to the tavern."
"No, I wanted the plants because they were infused with your essence... if that makes sense."
Phantom nods. "Fair enough, although there are plenty of other exotic and unique plants in the forest, although I'm not always the best at identifying them. I'm no ranger or druid after all."
"Mmm... What do you think? Your the native."
Phantom shrugs, his wings rustling at the movement. "Some of them are useful for poisons and other alchemical things, but it's up to you."
"I will take the chance then." They say, waiting to climb onto the dragon's back to hear their permission
"So, back to the tavern, or to the forest? Either way, climbing on would be the best idea" he says, twisting his tail into a sort of staircase/ladder for Yacatl.
He complies with the dragon. "To the forest... please."
Phantom smiles. "climb on then, and hang on tight." He waits until Yacatl is settled and takes off like a bullet, twisting and turning through the mountain peaks and threading several tight chasms. The forest approaches surprisingly fast, and Yacatl can tell that it seems to stretch on as far as he can see, unbroken but for a few solitary mountains and rivers.
*Out of curiousity, how fast?*
They hold tight and comply with the dragon. After they arrive, he waits for permission to get off
*He has a 130 ft flight speed, so 260 ft normal dash, but he grabbed a potion of haste for this, so 520.*
They arrive in a flurry of leaves, the smells of various flowers mixing in with animal musk, wet soil, and rotting vegetation. Phantom lowers his head, the scales serving as a slide of sorts.
Ursula enters the tavern, and starts knitting the 49th hat while Bolehs makes a web in the rafters.
Araignée is taking a nap in the rafters, Kai is. Somewhere?
Kai is with his favorite spider boi in the rafters
Bolehs the black widow starts making a web attached to Kai's ear.
Araignée’s spider senses awaken him “ᵏᵃⁱ?”
"Hey there, sleeping well?"
“ᵈᵒ ʸᵒᵘ ⁿᵉᵉᵈ ʰᵉˡᵖ ᵐᵒᵛⁱⁿᵍ ᵇᵒˡˡᵉʰˢ?”
"Yes please, if you can." He replys, squeezing them tight
Araignée moves bolehs to a corner of the rafters farther from Kai, saying something to bolehs in spider tongue
"Thank you," Kai murmers, hugging him
“ⁿᵒ ᵖʳᵒᵇˡᵉᵐ”
"Hmm.... feeling ok?"
"ᵐʰᵐ"
"Wanna just go back to sleep?"
Araignée put his head on Kai’s chest “ᵐʰᵐ”
Ursula just eatin popcorn in the backround.

Hi everyone! I'm working up the will to finalize my signature, so... I guess this will be the signature for now
Soldaer smiles, whistling a few short notes as the floor in the corner shifts and a record player of sorts emerges from the floor, and starts playing. As soon as it begins, Soldaer starts dancing, gliding across the floor in perfect synch with the music, smiling the entire time, that same twinkle in his eyes still, which only seems to have gotten stronger know that he's looking Nia right in the eyes and dancing with her.
Nia smiles and joins in dancing, sweeping across the floor in long graceful steps in tune to the music
Soldaer's smile only grows as the song goes on, and as he spins Nia a few times, obviously enjoying this. As the song comes to a close, Soldaer spins her one last time, and puts her into a deep dip right as last notes end and seem to linger in the air. Soldaer gazes right into Nia's eyes, his seemingly sparkling with joy and...something else that she can't quite put her finger on.
"W-well aren't you fancy," She giggles, holding the pose with him
"I am the crown prince after all." He says with a chuckle. He lifts her out of the dip with surprising ease. "I should know how to properly dance." He's still smiling, and that glimmer hasn't left his eyes.
*Feel free to have her roll insight.*
Insight:20
"Well you royal folk must be very well versed in stuff."
She thinks he may be attracted to her, but not entirely sure.
Soldaer laughs. "In certain things, yes. Unfortunately, many royals don't exactly like getting their hands dirty, although mother and father are different, considering mother is a powerful mage, and father is General of our armies." He shrugs, still smiling. "I guess I followed more in their footsteps, didn't I?"
"You certainly take after them." She smiles, a slight mischeviousness in her eyes, "Soooo, got a special someone?"
"Well...there's this certain someone...but I've never told her." Soldaer smiles, already guessing where this may be heading, his pale green eyes twinkling more than ever.
"Well, mind telling your bestie who ya got an eye on?" She leans in, still in the dip
"I think you know already, don't you, Nia?" He says, leaning in and pulling her a little closer at the same time.
"Pfft, you always got so cheesy sometimes," She gives him a quick peck on the lips, "Now get me upright my legs are sleeping." she asks
Soldaer laughs, bringing her up out of the dip before kissing her much more tenderly than the quick peck she gave him. He breaks the embrace after a moment, and now Nia can easily identify that other emotion dancing behind his eyes: love.
Blush fills her cheeks, "You know, i always wondered how you could make me feel like i was flying." She says quietly, "Guess i found out some of the reason."
Yossele/Meroving (flesh golem with a black iron sword) waves to Ringmaster
Ringmaster tips his head. "Do you have a reason for waving at me, or is it simply a nicety?"
*Sorry missed it*
Simple nicety. Well that and I wanted someone to talk to. Life is sometimes boring
Fair enough.
Sorry if that offended you
Not in the slightest.
Good. So, who might you be?
You may call me Ringmaster.
And you may call me Yossele. Are you in charge of a circus?
Perhaps.

Soldaer chuckles, blushing a little himself. Indeed, Nia. I did a pretty good job of hiding that for so long, didn't I?
She socks him in the arm lightly, "Gods, you are better at hiding things than i thought!" She laughs
Soldaer laughs. "Yeah...I don't even remember when I first realized I had these feelings for you, Nia." He's still blushing a little, but seems genuinely relieved now. His eyes are still sparkling whenever his eyes meet hers, although not nearly as intense as before.
Perhaps.
You don't know?
I do. But you don't.
