Kalnor in his hood waves, and writes 'Hello!!'

"Hello, Kalnor. You haven't figured out how to get it off, yet?"

'Nope... And I havent gone to that cave again, yet'

"I'll try help you, if I can. But first, I need to talk to you about something."

'Alright! What is it?'

"I think we have a real chance of ending the war. But the heir wants you to wear this." She takes out the ring.

'A ring? Why?'

"It lets him track your location."

Realizes a thing ;Oh.... Do you... Think its safe?;

:I don't know. But I don't think he'll try to hurt you:

:It's your choice. But it will help end the war:

He slowly takes it, putting it on

:Have you figured out anything about the hood?:

:She found some books about where it came from, and why it was made:

He nods, before going to get them, and bringing back a book titled Sogel Magic Items Volume DCLXXXIII

Theres a table of contents in alphabetical order, with very tiny print

She skims them, looking for the hood.

She finds its page number.

She tries to find that page.

Some tentacles shoot from under her feet and past her, twining back around to Ettor. "I'm not much of a runner, so I can use these. Oh, try not to trip on them!"

Poppy laughs as she jumps over the tentacles, "I think i've seen this in a movie before. About pirates?"

He laughed as well as he levitated above her. "Oh yeah, I never even thought of that."

"See, i'm to fast for ya. All i need is a pocket watch, and bam! Imma run circles around ya"

"Circles aren't a very good idea." His voice comes from behind her, even though his image is above her.

"What? Why?' Poppy looks behind her a bit

He is directly behind her, his hand almost on her shoulder. "Because all I would have to do is hold out an arm to catch you!" He jumps onto her, rolling on the ground a bit with her, but also being careful not to hurt her.

Poppy breaks into a laughing fit once they've stopped rolling, "Aww, clones aren't fair!"

He laughs with her. "It was a good way to distract you."

"Well, you've caught me. What now?"

He looks up to the sky. "Hmm? Is there something you were expecting?" He looked back down with a smirk. "Did you really want me to tie you up?"

"Noooo....." poppy looks away quickly

"Pooooooppy... look at me when you lie."

"I don't wanna, you make me tell the truth!"

I play a miriad of characters at the lord's rest inn

The Hood of Xinj activates if someone puts it on, or if someone throws it at a target as the target says the same thing as them simultaneously. It also has coordinates to the cave it was in before

Thirteen misty steps up behind the spider. "Hey," he says casually, then casts cone of cold on the spider.

Constitution save!

Spiders constitution: 13

Fail, 37 cold damage.

The spider rolls over, dead.

"Talk about giving the cold shoulder," Thirteen laughs. "Need a psionic hand?"

The spider soul cringes at your bad puns. Theren is still unconscious while upside down.

"Ay, crud. He can't appreciate my comedy." Thirteen casts telekinesis and gently floats Theren Dotsk to the earth again.

Theren floats down to earth. The webbing around Theren is slightly sticky.

"Wake up Theren, the spider and I had a frank exchange of ideals." Thirteen shakes Theren up and down vertically with the spell, attempting to wake him up.

*The poison lasts an hour*

Theren doesn't move

"Oy! This guy needs saving a lot. I'll take him to Galax or Alric or something." Thirteen walks back to the tavern, levitating Theren all the way.

Galax is standing on the porch of the tavern with his arms crossed "what happened this time?"

"Giant spider. He's brave, but he oughta try and be safer. I mean, he's got a kid."

"yeah, and he doesnt give the kid much freedom either." galax picks theren up and puts him on the sofa before casting lesser restoration and cure wounds

Theren groans and wakes up.

"you really need to stop dying in your spare time, You have a kid for goodness sake!"

Theren mutters something while standing up

"sit back down, i need to talk to you about the kid"

Theren sits down and glares at Galax. "What?"

"dont be mad at me. look theren, the kid feels pretty restricted. I know you love him, but you got to relize that he needs a bit of freedom"

"You don't think I realize that Galax!" Theren shouts. "If something were to happen to him I wouldn't ever forgive myself!"

"dont yell, i gave him some items to help protect him, I wouldent forgive myself either if he died, but i wont forgive myself if he never has any freedom"

The spider soul cringes at your bad puns. Theren is still unconscious while upside down.

"Ay, crud. He can't appreciate my comedy." Thirteen casts telekinesis and gently floats Theren Dotsk to the earth again.

Theren floats down to earth. The webbing around Theren is slightly sticky.

"Wake up Theren, the spider and I had a frank exchange of ideals." Thirteen shakes Theren up and down vertically with the spell, attempting to wake him up.

*The poison lasts an hour*

Theren doesn't move

"Oy! This guy needs saving a lot. I'll take him to Galax or Alric or something." Thirteen walks back to the tavern, levitating Theren all the way.

Galax is standing on the porch of the tavern with his arms crossed "what happened this time?"

"Giant spider. He's brave, but he oughta try and be safer. I mean, he's got a kid."

"yeah, and he doesnt give the kid much freedom either." galax picks theren up and puts him on the sofa before casting lesser restoration and cure wounds

Theren groans and wakes up.

"you really need to stop dying in your spare time, You have a kid for goodness sake!"

Theren mutters something while standing up

"sit back down, i need to talk to you about the kid"

Theren sits down and glares at Galax. "What?"

"dont be mad at me. look theren, the kid feels pretty restricted. I know you love him, but you got to relize that he needs a bit of freedom"

"You don't think I realize that Galax!" Theren shouts. "If something were to happen to him I wouldn't ever forgive myself!"

"dont yell, i gave him some items to help protect him, I wouldent forgive myself either if he died, but i wont forgive myself if he never has any freedom"

Theren glares at him.

"trust me, give him a bit more independence and you will both be a lot happier"

Poppy laughs as she jumps over the tentacles, "I think i've seen this in a movie before. About pirates?"

He laughed as well as he levitated above her. "Oh yeah, I never even thought of that."

"See, i'm to fast for ya. All i need is a pocket watch, and bam! Imma run circles around ya"

"Circles aren't a very good idea." His voice comes from behind her, even though his image is above her.

"What? Why?' Poppy looks behind her a bit

He is directly behind her, his hand almost on her shoulder. "Because all I would have to do is hold out an arm to catch you!" He jumps onto her, rolling on the ground a bit with her, but also being careful not to hurt her.

Poppy breaks into a laughing fit once they've stopped rolling, "Aww, clones aren't fair!"

He laughs with her. "It was a good way to distract you."

"Well, you've caught me. What now?"

He looks up to the sky. "Hmm? Is there something you were expecting?" He looked back down with a smirk. "Did you really want me to tie you up?"

"Noooo....." poppy looks away quickly

"Pooooooppy... look at me when you lie."

"I don't wanna, you make me tell the truth!"

"And what is the truth?" He took her chin gently but firmly and moved her face to face him.

"I-i didn't n-not want you too..."

Ares is looking for Taceli

Thirteen misty steps up behind the spider. "Hey," he says casually, then casts cone of cold on the spider.

Constitution save!

Spiders constitution: 13

Fail, 37 cold damage.

The spider rolls over, dead.

"Talk about giving the cold shoulder," Thirteen laughs. "Need a psionic hand?"

The spider soul cringes at your bad puns. Theren is still unconscious while upside down.

"Ay, crud. He can't appreciate my comedy." Thirteen casts telekinesis and gently floats Theren Dotsk to the earth again.

Theren floats down to earth. The webbing around Theren is slightly sticky.

"Wake up Theren, the spider and I had a frank exchange of ideals." Thirteen shakes Theren up and down vertically with the spell, attempting to wake him up.

*The poison lasts an hour*

Theren doesn't move

"Oy! This guy needs saving a lot. I'll take him to Galax or Alric or something." Thirteen walks back to the tavern, levitating Theren all the way.

Galax is standing on the porch of the tavern with his arms crossed "what happened this time?"

"Giant spider. He's brave, but he oughta try and be safer. I mean, he's got a kid."

"yeah, and he doesnt give the kid much freedom either." galax picks theren up and puts him on the sofa before casting lesser restoration and cure wounds

Theren groans and wakes up.

"you really need to stop dying in your spare time, You have a kid for goodness sake!"

Theren mutters something while standing up

"sit back down, i need to talk to you about the kid"

Theren sits down and glares at Galax. "What?"

"dont be mad at me. look theren, the kid feels pretty restricted. I know you love him, but you got to relize that he needs a bit of freedom"

"You don't think I realize that Galax!" Theren shouts. "If something were to happen to him I wouldn't ever forgive myself!"

"dont yell, i gave him some items to help protect him, I wouldent forgive myself either if he died, but i wont forgive myself if he never has any freedom"

Theren glares at him.

"trust me, give him a bit more independence and you will both be a lot happier"

"Ok I'll think about it. I need to find someone right now and apologize. I did a very dumb thing earlier."

"dont think about it, do it"

Theren nods. "Galax have you seen Taceli anywhere?"

"not latley, though i havent been paying atention much"

*not sure if Taceli is active*

*She is, I just have her hiding somewhere, haven't updated to make it more mysterious, don't worry Theren, I'm not ignoring. I'll let you know if he's found her hiding spot.*
