The Steel Soldier grabbed his shield from its place in the tree trunk. He smiled behind the mask and examined the shields inner plate to make sure nothing had become fractured. He came back to his original sitting spot and began apply a sort of a liquid that was metallic in color and nature to the edges of the shield.
Allison came downstairs, she looked like she had a rough nights sleep. Her hair was a mess and she had dark circles under her eyes that indicated a lack of sleep. She sat down at a table and ordered a coffee. She began slowly drinking it while waking up bit by bit.
Adder was hanging outside in the sun. He felt the warm rays warm his skin as he happily sharpened his crystalline sword. He hummed a jaunty tune while each rock stroke sharpened the sword to that of a razor blade.
