"But... she could be in danger! I shouldn't have brought her outside, Jeffrey... inside is so much safer... could have invited some of her friends over... but then again, the bear did appear in my room last time... He could have killed me in a moment if he chose to! I'm sure of it!"
Bimothy Bear waves at Rag before returning to his game. He's pretending not to hear the politician's daughter giggling and crouching behind a trash can in her pretty pink dress.
He smiles and waves back at them "He will not kill your child, they are safe from harm. You must let them experience life, no matter the dangers they may encounter, trapping them in a tower does make them safe, but it makes them equally imprisoned. Would you want to imprison your daughter?" He says, sitting next to the bench they are sitting on, calm as they watch.
"N-no... of course not... she's everything to me... But have you seen the news? All sorts of criminals and deviants... I just want to clean up these streets, and that bear told me to stop. Made a big philosophical debate about it too. I wouldn't be surprised if he had a script inside that suit of his..." He wrings his hands, still not looking at Rag. "He said I had to be quiet about these things... but if we don't keep people informed, how will they know about all the issues plaguing our society? If we make a show of capturing the criminals, then less people will be willing to do evil, don't you agree?"
Bimothy accidentally makes eye contact with the child, causing her to squeal with joy and jump up and down. "You found me!" She laughs. "My turn!"
He smiles at the child's joy "You need to understand, sometimes it isn't your place to face such things. There are others who can handle the things you can't, if that were true than killing all criminals would stop all crime. Doing what you say only makes criminals more bold, more defiant, which leads to them only causing more crime because you tried to stomp them out."

He rubs his chin. "The way the bear said it, it sounded like the best thing to do was to... investigate, take notes, and effectively kidnap them and hand them over to the court once we have enough to make a case. But that's insane, isn't it? It sounds like secret police stuff, and if I started doing that who knows how badly that will go over with the press! I'd be out of office before I could finish setting it up!"
While the girl counts to 100, Bimothy looks for somewhere he can hide. Being in a massive, bright white costume that makes constant whirs and clicks makes it a difficult prospect.

The press may not like that you seemingly aren't doing anything, that is until the criminals are caught with enough evidence to put them away. Therefore, everyone who blamed you would look stupid, egg on their faces and all that. Simply be wise about it."

"Alright then. I'll be back in a bit, probably. Don't feel the need to uh, wait around for me." He heads for the warehouse, knocking at the door when he gets there (unless some complication stops him from arriving, of course).
There is no complication that stops him, though the constructs watch him as he moves towards the warehouse until they vanish from his sight. The sound of a tinny radio playing music can be heard coming from inside the structure, and when he knocks on the door- after the sounds of many, many locks being un-locked- KK opens the door.
"Oh, hello again! What brings you to my studio?"
He's a little surprised to see her. "Oh, hello! I was curious about all the constructs I was seeing. They look very nice. Are you the designer behind them?" He fidgets with his tie a bit.
*Sorry about the delay*
"I am indeed- I've designed quite a few. Actually, I'm making another right now. Would you like to see?"

"Maybe... but these changes could become dangerous in the hands of someone who doesn't have the populace's best interests in mind. Imagine if a bunch of stormtroopers could pick you up off the street with no explanation or warning and throw you in jail? Every law must be put in place with the assumption that it will not be repealed and oh gods he's coming over..."
Bimothy bows to the two of them and hides behind Rag. The little girl hasn't messed up or hesitated once, and she's counted into the 60s.

"Wonderful!" She opens the door the rest of the way to let Max enter the warehouse. The strong smell of paint, as well as a very faint scent of blood, permeates throughout the whole of the building. There are now so many sketches and paintings that the collection entirely covers one of the warehouse walls- all of them developed to some degree, and not a single one completed. The floor is littered with mannequin parts, and a few more constructs are ambling about in the large open space with no clear objective- all of them clad in attire tailored by KK herself.
She walks Max over to an incomplete construct- an amalgam of mannequin parts with far too many arms for any sane creator to give anything- and starts stitching on even more.
