*It's a cool game. Very narratively focused, which I like.*
*indeed! I think its fairly easy to learn, which would make it easier to play with you guys, rather than the… mess that is mutants and masterminds, for example.*
*There's even a version that replaces the skills with a mere six Approaches and reduces all the stress boxes to 1s in order to simplify it even more. I don't like it as much, though, because I like adding custom skills.*
*that’s cool*
*oh, remember that one document you shared in a PM for a campaign that Draken was running? Secrets of the cats?*

*oh, remember that one document you shared in a PM for a campaign that Draken was running? Secrets of the cats?*
*Oh yeah! I don't think I have that anymore, unfortunately. Old computer bricked a while ago and I lost a lot of documents. I've still got quite a few Fate worlds to share, though. One is an occult horror/conspiracy setting where the players have evil familiars, one is basically a penny dreadful/pulp horror story setting, and one is a space opera cooking show that came straight out of Rick and Morty's Interdimensional Cable. All of them have semi-unique mechanics, usually just rehashing the old ones and reusing them.*

*those all sound really fun!*
*i think if I tried, I could find the secrets of the cats pdf. I’ve done it before, but I have a lot of PMs.*
*Back yall, how’s everybody doin’? Doin’ good I hope.*
*I'm still working on my new character. I'm thinking of taking inspiration from Ukobach, an obscure and mostly useless figure in demonology. I've taken inspiration from him before, but he's pretty cool anyway. He's basically in the boiler room of hell churning sinners' blood into oil in the West where the sun sets, maintaining the cozy temperature of the hellfire. Also invented fireworks and frying food.*
*He is also one of the lowest, weakest fiends in de Plancy's 1818 Dictionnaire Infernal. Never read it myself.*
*Totally, anyone you want I would be happy to provide.*
*Cool! I'd be up to interact with any of your characters- no particular preference at the moment!*
*Of course, here you go.*
Tim is wandering towards the star devourer ship. He hasn’t moved much in the past few days but he’s actually headed that way, wearing his sweater in the cold, the veins of magic thrumming on his body.
Henry is working on his journal as he walks through the fair, humming some foreign song to himself, chewing on his pencil as he looks all around with interest, his mask down.
In a few days’ time, Taika returns. He has all five golems with him. The first, like a praying mantis with claw-like arms and watchful eyes. The second, tall and broad, resembling a bear, with strength and resilience baked into its being. The third, unlike the others in its nature; closer to a fabric doll, soft and foxlike with eyes full of kindness. The fourth, many limbed and agile, quiet; watching with many eyes, careful and precise. And the fifth. The spitting image of a perfect porcelain doll; Long blond hair and a blue dress, eyes full of childlike wonder.

*Demonology is not my field of interest either. I use it as inspiration like mythology and religion, though. I really have no interest in summoning or magic IRL, and I don't read grimoires or anything like that.*

The star-devouring device is now mounted on the front of the Spelljammer, nestled at where the 'mouth' of the colossal nautilus would lie. The doors of the ship are open, the sounds of machinery coming from within.
KK is also walking around the fair, wearing a featureless mask similar to the mannequins, also writing something down on her notepad.

He wanders inside, figdeting with his fingers, looking down to his feet, his footsteps completely silent. He tries not to disturb in any way, just trying to watch silently, a write down some suggestions where he finds issues and makes improvements.
He waves over to them, the pencil in his mouth as he bows to them, smiling “Good to see you once more, that is a very interesting mask you have.” He closes his bloody journal.

*It's a pretty weird system of classification based on British parliament. I find it honestly kind of funny because it just reimagines horrendous cosmic horrors as low-rank politicians. Like, it turns Belial, the violent and princely demon that represents liars, traitors, and serial killers, and turns him into Hell's ambassador to Italy.*
