*the whole deal about the lord of Sweet Nothings is they live in this tranquil, artificial sort of giant koi pond in the personal estate of the emperor of a nation. Anyone who goes for a relaxing, gentle boat ride among the mangroves, water Lillies, and koi fish, is interrupted by the ancient green dragon about halfway through, who gently charms them and layers them with enchantments over time to get them to do things for them, usually acting as one time servants before they either die or snap out of it. The emperor’s youngest son is so heavily enchanted that it’s become permanent on him. The Lord of Sweet nothings, if they can help it, will literally never fight.*
