“Honestly most of my day I just spend making Materia, I could simply make sure it doesn’t happen again by coming along with you.” He says, smiling that charismatic smile.
“well-… I mean so it doesn’t happen to anyone, including… you. It happened to those thieves because they tried to hurt me, but… it isn’t just when someone tries to..” she trails off. ”don’t ever touch me, or offer your hand, or anything like that… he won’t like that.”
“Okay, I want you to listen to me carefully, okay?” He asks, looking at them, “I couldn’t care less about what someone will or won’t like, my life means very little to me. If whoever doesn’t like me helping you, they can come right now and tear my head off of my torso, because otherwise, I’m going to do those sort of things.”
“I’m telling you not to do those things because if you do, he might learn where you are and immediately try to kill you. That’s what happened to the two thieves, and I don’t want that to happen again.”
*Born from a now-collapsed civilization of subterranean fleshwarpers, the Suidat were bred from the common domestic pig to serve as perfect stock for undead armies. Intelligent and durable, but unfortunately gentle, even zombies made from them were closer to overgrown puppies than the death machines they were meant to be. After their unknown precursors were defeated, the Suidat picked up their technology and carried on as if this was the way it always was.*
*this reminds me a bit of rainworld, an ecosystem made of genetically engineered animals and their descendants adapting to a ruined world of endless rain and city sized steel supercomputer megastructures.*
*i like it.*
*I'm working on their culture and technology right now. They're gonna be like strugels in the sense that hospitality is a big thing for them, but unlike strugels it isn't about power and money, it's just about clout and social expectations. If you're the first person to invite a newcomer to your house, that's really cool. If you refuse to allow others into your home, don't expect a lot of invitations to other peoples' homes. Niceness is part of their social contract. Southern Hospitality!*

“I’m confident that it doesn’t matter if he finds me or not, because he will. When he does, and if he does kill me, I won’t have regret helping you.” He rolls his shoulders “Don’t try to protect me from anything. It’s okay, I’ll be fine, death isn’t anything new.”

*overgrown puppies.. I like this*
*They have unique reactions to life and death manipulation. They have a lot of biomancy and necromancy, and they are very focused on sensory experiences, so their undead are shockingly pleasant to be around.*
*I'm looking forward to seeing this.. this is a new concept you're implementing, right?*
*Correct!*
*These guys are going to be kinda like orks from 40k if it was a nice world to live in. Wait, that's just Pathfinder's Goblins. Anyway, the Suidat are innovators who kind of just make things because they can. Think like giant redneck rock gnomes. They're also wicked tough, and can withstand their medieval medical care with ease. They are notoriously difficult to kill due to their strange relationship with death.*
*Their only real weakness is that the same culture that drives them to be clever and nice also teaches them to be super calm and casual, so when things get really stressful they often don't know how to react. It's not pretty when they're forced into a fight for their lives.*
“I love you too… want to go home now, husband?” She says, loving the sound of Jax being her husband.
She walks over to them, giving them a smooch “And you’re too beautiful for me to miss.” She smiles.
Damian waves to them as they get their own drink, not an ounce drunk.
*uhhh... dragons?*

She suddenly remembers, nodding “After Lilac’s turn, we will go, does that sound okay?”
She hugs them back, attacking their face with kisses, “Ir maybe just walk with me.”
He smiles brightly at them, ordering them a drink once theirs empties.
*Correct!*

*I would argue otherwise, unless we’re talking Red dragons! (Distant booing along with a rimshot)*
*Hi frens*
(Yeah sure, if you want to, I wouldn’t want to waste any time.)
She smiles brightly, continuing to walk, looking through the trees to the sky, the night sky looking very beautiful “What a wonderful night.”
“I don’t want to be the only one drunk, it’s sad when you’re drunk alone.” He says with a bright smile.
*No, those are psychopaths. But bronze dragons? Very hot*
