She can see Ea stop drifting, seemingly looking back at them, before their light starts blue-shifting as they slowly approach. Omori takes the amulet, running her fingers along the channels in the item's design. "Okay. I promise I won't stray too far." She responds, letting go of her mother's hand and floating in the stellar sea as she looks for one to talk with.
"...I was brought here by someone I thought was a friend, but wasn't... now, I act of my own volition... and I'm content with staying here, I think..."
The amulet is old, crafted a long time ago from something that has long since rusted, some kind of symbol of valor or importance. She begins drifting towards them in return, beginning slowly, her eyes locking with theirs, sighing as her wings gently flap.
"Good, I would prefer customers that don't just come every once and a while." She pours them a glass of water with a smile.

Omori floats over in the direction of another celestial she spies. Ea moves over to Merabelle to meet them in the middle- a whirling series of five concentric metal rings connected to globes full of light that serve as her eyes (basically, Ea looks like if you turned an orrery into a biblicaly-accurate angel). "Greetings, Merabelle." The celestial says, seeming genuinely happy to see her again.
"...Thank you..." Amicus takes the glass, taking a small drink of the water, and seeming surprised and amazed. Something as simple as a glass of water looks like it might almost bring the shadow to tears.

She nods to them, looking around the place with a sigh, "Howdy, Ea. It's been too long since I seen anybody here, I got a shadow daughter now, an' she's gotta be the greatest star druid y'all have ever seen." He takes a long and deep breath, walking over and grabbing the psychologist by the shoulder, ignoring anything their guards may try to stop him, speaking softly, though not in a friendly tone "Stop talking, you shouldn't be doing this evaluation. You are a poor man, a poor psychologist." His grip crushes their shoulder as he looks over to Gideon "Don't kill any of these men, they aren't worth your effort." He looks into the eyes of Gideon "And Beast, I know can hear you."

"I noticed you stopped filing down your teeth and claws. This is very serious, Squire."
"Y-yes, sir."
"And you've gained weight. You know the Beast comes out when you eat."
"Yes, s-s-sir."
In the psychologist's thoughts, the Strugel can hear him think Is that all you can say? 'Y-y-yes s-s-s-sir?' I knew you were faking your recovery. Once a lunatic, always a lunatic.
"I believe we're going to have to increase the severity of your treatment if things carry on as they have been. Do you understand?"
"..." The rabbit begins to hyperventilate. The paladins draw their spears.
"Did you hear me?"
"Don't send me back."
"Calm down."
"You... I'm d-doing better." The Squire takes some deep breaths, trying to calm himself.
"I'm afraid not. In fact, you're doing much worse. Outside exposure seems to be doing more harm than good."
The bunny clutches his head, whimpering.
The Strugel hears something in his mind. "Kill them." It's not addressing him, but it feels almost like it is. "They are afraid because you are strong... they are angry because you are different... They don't love you... Not anymore... Maybe they never did..."
Let him who is without sin cast the first stone.
May each word that I speak be backed by each of my teeth.
He takes a long and deep breath, walking over and grabbing the psychologist by the shoulder, ignoring anything their guards may try to stop him, speaking softly, though not in a friendly tone "Stop talking, you shouldn't be doing this evaluation. You are a poor man, a poor psychologist." His grip crushes their shoulder as he looks over to Gideon "Don't kill any of these men, they aren't worth your effort." He looks into the eyes of Gideon "And Beast, I know can hear you."

"...So our fears were true, then." Ea is silent for a while- they know how common it is for novice star druids to lose themselves to the unknowable, how more experienced ones know how to avoid that fate... but Rennick just saw the wrong thing at the wrong time. "I am truly sorry. I shall see if there is anything we can do for him."
