She's able to use the scroll to mend together the broken bits, and since no glass actually fell out, she fixes the lense and screen aswell

"Roscoe's" clothes are sun-bleached, and they wear what looks like may have been farm clothes at some point, altered to look more like a classic witch's outfit, including a pointed hat and a tattered, high-collared cloak made from a grey greatcoat. No skin shows from under these clothes, and the only visible part of them is their gleaming eyes.
