There's a bright flash outside the inn, and a royally dressed elf that looks rather like a Drow appears. His silver-blue hair is braided and comes down just past his shoulder blades, and his eyes are a deep, vibrant royal blue. He wears scale mail that seems to glow and be made from some sort of whitish-blue crystal. He is also wearing an ornate crown made out of Mithral and Gold, set with sapphires, emeralds, and rubies, and forged to look like vines and branches with various flowers. His flowing cloak is set off one shoulder and has a beautiful royal blue to forest green gradient to it. A longbow is slung over his right shoulder carved from blackened ash wood, while a rapier made of the same crystal as his armor is sheathed on his hip with an ornate shortsword to complement it on his left.
The human walks up behind him, knocking a knuckle against the armor, "Hey shiny boy, blocking the door."
He laughs, and turns, letting him pass. "This place is a little different from the last tavern and inn I was staying in." He rests his hands casually on his swords, a mithral and gold wedding band set with small emeralds visible on his finger.
"Yeah, i'd bet. Does the missus know you're here?' He asks as he passes
He smiles. "She, and our little one. Yes, they know. I think they may even be joining me later, but I'm not sure yet."
"Yeah, her and your... daughter was it?" He nods, "Lucky to have that good a home life."
He narrows his eyes a little. "I never said our child was a girl, but yes, you're right."
He smirks slightly, "Lucky guess eh?" he says, but his tone sounds like it was anything but.
His eyes flash. Indeed. His voice echoes in the human's mind, the tone even, and just a little cold.
"oh, telepathy. Didn't know people around her used that." He nods
He smiles. Not common, but it has been known to happen. One of the perks of having spent so much time in the Feywild.
"Yes, cause the fey are known for their psychic powers. Well, a few are." He shrugs
He shrugs, and chuckles. "Fair."
"So what would bring someone like you here?"
He smiles. "Exploration. Escape." He shrugs. "Maybe a bit of both."
"Tired of your luxurious life?" he asks sarcastically.
He snorts. "More all the responsibilities that go with my station."
"Well i'm sure ruling a kingdom is tough." He nods,
He laughs. "Oh, I'm not king."
"But you are a prince."
He chuckles. "Of course. The crown kinda gives it away."
"Not to mention the fact that me pointing a light spell at you would blind everyone here."

He chuckles. Well, that's one thing in common with the last tavern and inn I was at.
