Erica sighs sadly, seeing that Limbo is frustrated with his emotions. She finishes sweeping the main room, and heads up to her room to get ready.

After a few minutes, Erica walks back out wearing a burgundy dress with a burnt orange sweater over it, and on top of that is a black leather jacket. She's also wearing what looks like knee-high boots with a small heel. You can tell that she's dressing for somewhere cold.

"So, what do you think?" She does a little twirl, looking down at her dress. "Is it nice? Maybe a lil' cute?"

 "I love it! It suits you perfectly." He stands there for a second, admiring Erica, and then adds "Should I put something warmer on as well? As much as this old leather jacket is one of my favorite possessions, it's not the warmest of things."

 *Ya, Baalzeboop has sort of disappeared for now, and even though I loved this thread, nothing much was happening (besides Limbo and Erica, which is awesome), so I stopped posting here* 

Grakir is standing at the entrance to the library, trying to decide whether to go in, or to do something else. 

Angelique is still sipping her hot chocolate and watching everyone else. She’s thinking about going in the library to find a good book to read. Only a faint translucent aura gives away her ghostly nature.

Grakir decides to just go in, and he flies around the room, looking for books about Giants, and the Shadowfell.

Angelique puts down her cup and goes in too. She’s looking for books about elves and the Feywild.

 "Helloooo," the owlin says cheerily as he lands in front of her. He holds a thick, crusty book with runes etched into the leather. "I think I recognize you, but what was your name again?" 

She smiles at him. “Angelique. And you’re Grakir. We had hot chocolate together. I had marshmallows in mine.”

"Oh! I remember now. Yes. Angelique. Wow, your name has a nice sound to it." He shifts his wings a bit. "Looking for any specific books? Not that I know this place by heart, though." 

“Thanks!” Angelique says brightly. “I would love to find a book about the war between Corellon and Lolth. And what about you? What are you looking for?”

"I was trying to find something on the language of Giants. I'm not fluent, but I can have simple conversations. Thought I might as well expand my vocabulary." 

Angelique thinks. “Hmm. I heard the archmage Bigby was writing a book on giants, but I don’t know if they have it here or if it’s even been published yet.”

*frantically googles giant and Bigby lore* 

*No, I actually do know that Bigby sort of studies(?) giants. That's about it, though* 

"I'm not sure either, and this book," he hefts the tome, "seems to be written by an actual giant. I've only met two in my life, the first was a guard, and the second was the captain of the guard. I kind of, well, stole something. But I did return it." 

*There’s a D&D book coming out next year called Bigby’s Glory of the Giants xD. It’s like a sequel to Fizban’s Treasury of Dragons.*

“Oh wow!” Angelique gasps. “Tell me more. What did you steal? And why did you return it?”

Grakir seems amused. "It was a sort of lantern that a group of fire giants had forged long ago. Inside, it held a green gem that would shine quite brightly, and when it illuminated an undead creature, they would be bolstered, becoming stronger and smarter. Very useful for a necromancer, and very powerful as well. I returned it because I knew that I would have too many people after me for it, and it was safer with the giants than it was with me." 

*See ya! I also have to go.* 

"It's nice to see this place filling up again."  Limbo mutters to himself, a small smile on his face.  "Maybe there's a chance to make more friends. I don't have enough of those."
