You see a squat gnome with a fishing rod above you. It mumbles some thing in gnomish and then says, "Come, come," and walks off towards the edge of the island.
Kendel narrows his eyes and follows suddenly
As you get up, the Isle seems to tilt slightly, but nothing much. The gnome sits down with two other gnomes, feet dangling off the edge of the island. The have fishing rods with very long lines, and are fishing in the sea far, far below.

Meanwhile on the "Tavern Stars Twinkling," an aarakocra wakes up in a small cabinet...
As he opens his eyes, he slowly smiles. "Oh, I've been waiting for this for thousands of years... Finally, I'm back."
Gawain steps out from the cabinet.
Ralf the robot is waiting for you. "Long time no see, sir."
Gawain tries to grin, but it looks a little strange with his beak. He quickly wipes the smile off his face. "Sorry, that looked terrible, didn't it? I time traveled a couple more times, and came back here after a few thousand years, somehow. It's good to see you too, Ralf. I finally learned how to spell your name, at least."

I'm Hecate! I've got a lotta titles, and there's no way this sig space would hold them all lol
remember that my PMs are always open to anyone who needs someone to talk to, vent to, or just shout at, and i'll always respond relatively quickly
"I've met many people before, and I don't remember them all"
"Well, he said he flew with an incredible pilot who drove of a space dragon. Know who that might be?"
"Perhaps" you get the feeling that he does know who this is
"What ya' mean by perhaps?"
*gtg, see you later.*
"I might know the pilot you are talking about "
"You might know him? Like personally? That would be really cool, knowing a hero of so many worlds."
"I am supernova"
"..." He looks you in the eyes intensely. Then bursts out laughing. "Good one!"
"I'm serious" star pulls down his rifle, which is clearly marked with an exploding star "last time we met, I shot a missile down atarloses throat"
"You've got to be kidding me." He chuckles, but you can clearly see he's masking surprise, and even a little fear. "Really?"
"Yes, my name is star, though my callsign is supernova" star finishes mounting the new engines. And he hops into the cockpit "I'll be back, just need to return to base" star powers on the ship and lifts off
Toby salutes you, still not completely sure he believes who you are.
About an hour later, a sleek futuristic ship aproches the dock, similar in appearance to a viper mk II from Battlestar Galactica. It lands without a problem, and star jumps down from the cockpit dressed in battle gear
"I thought you said nothing was going to happen to this place?! Why do you look ready for war?" Toby is worried. You suspect he has family here or something.
"Standers flight gear for this one, you also said you wanted proof, I mean no harm to anyone, but there are some people who would like to stab me in the back"
"Why are you here then?"
"Have nothing better to do" star says, taking the armor/flightsuit off*gtg for real now*
Tel'chan eventually enters the floating rock, exploring as usual.
You walk through the bar, under the massive glass spire, until you reach a staircase heading down. You are about to go down it when you hear the bartender shout from behind you. "Sorry sir, can't let you down there until you take this." He chucks you a gold key with a little green ribbon attached to it. "Walk straight until you reach the first junction in the tunnels, then go left, then left again, and your room will be on the right. Room number 146. Unless you want a room up there?" He points up at the spire.
"I... think I'll stick with this one," he says, holding up the key. A tattered map appears in his other hand, and he heads down, going left twice, and entering his room, his mind buzzing with curiosity.
The room isn't one for style, but it is one thing: Cozy. A lovely double bed with the softest mattress and warmest looking blankets is imbedded into the wall. (Like something out of star wars) And the floor is covered in a soft light grey carpet. There's a little bathroom (Or restroom, whatever you call it) with a ceramic bath and a fools gold toilet. The walls are cobblestone, but each cobble is made to look like something; a person, animal, creature, building, so it depicts a story. From the calm, cream coloured plaster roof hangs two lights with beautiful indian light shades, which bathe the room in an orange light. On the bead there is a note saying, "Welcome to the floating isle inn. All meals will be served at the bar, which doubles up as a restaurant, though you can take your food wherever you like. No rooms or places apart from other guests rooms are of limits, so please feel free to explore. If you need anything just ask a member of staff. We hope you enjoy your stay."
*I love this*
Tel'chan finishes up with his map, then de-summons it and goes straight for the bed. He looks at the cobblestone walls for a while, and eventually gets back up, and heads into the hallway. Chan decides not to go the way he came, but to just get lost in the place.
You travel down many passages, until you come to a large metal door.
Chan attempts to open it.
It swings open on well oiled hinges.
Chan goes inside, leaving the door open behind him.
Inside you find a large room of polished marble walls and pillars. No one is here. In the middle of the room floats a big quarts stone.
Chan conjures his mage hand and pokes the stone with it.
The whole island tilts a fraction.
"WAIT A SECOND!" Chan immediately brings the hand back to him. "That's... too powerful." He says to himself. "I'm probably not supposed to be in here anyways." He quickly leaves, shutting the door behind him. But he makes sure to get this on his map. He heads for the bar.

*drummer, info on why star was in full battlegear*
The ship is a one man ship, ment for dogfighting.
Stars battlegear doubles as a spacesuit
During dogfights, a hit in some areas can knock out some systems related to air and pressure
Thus, wearing the suit keeps the user alive during what would normally be a dangerous encounter
