You can hear a faint music drifting up from a sewer grate. Not creepy music like you might expect, but folk-pop played on a lute

My charecter a Ghoulish undead type of race is covering his face with a hood as he lifts the sewer grate to investigate this strange noise

As you look into the foul-smelling gloom, you see what appears to be a half-elf playing the lute to a horde of rats, who seem to be enjoying the concert.

'Um, hey?' he says, on being noticed

 Uuh hello what are you doing down here?"

'Hanging out with my old friends, the rats. I used to live down here, ya know. Moved up to the surface now, settle down with my wife and run a tavern, but when you've lived in sewers for about 20 years, it kinda changes ya, keeps dragging ya back down here. What're ya doing down here?'

The half-elf looks to be in his early 20s, so it is clear he has spent most of his life underground, and it shows. His skin is deathly pallid, his blond hair lank and greasy, and his build extremely skinny.

"Tavern well why don't you get out of there and show me"

'Ok, sure! There are lots of taverns in this place. There's the YonStore tavern, which is in the YonStore, there's the Sunbeam, but I don't know anyone who goes there, and then there's the best tavern, the Wolf and Rat. That's the one we're going to. Hey, ya ever seen the YonStore?'

The half-elf picks himself up off of the filthy floor of the sewer, and one of the rats, a large black rat with an emo fringe, climbs onto his shoulder

No care to show me"

'Sure! This way!' He scuttles up a pipe leading upwards.

 I follow him as best I can

The pipe leads to the YonStore toilets, and you find yourself climbing up out of a latrine. The half-elf smiles at you, and a disgusted customer is staring, horrified, at you and him

I state at the costumer and once there's a silence I scream "BOO!"

I'm actually gonna ho to sleep goodnight

The customer screams and runs out of the bathrooms. 

'Now that was fun! Hey, didn't catch ya name? Mine's Flint, by the way' He makes his way out of the bathrooms and into the rest of the YonStore
