 She chuckles "Well I'm not gonna just stand by and let you get soaked instead, that would be rude!" She chimes.

 She runs her eyes over the inscription. (Eyes of the Runekeeper Trait. Can read all writing.) 

It reads. 'Bless this place and defend it from Evil'

'Nah. Well, maybe that's part of the reason. But even without him, I still reckon I'd be living down here. It's just such a nice place, great for scavenging, and there's even a 'swimming pool' and 'hot tub'. Why would ya live in a regular flat or whatever when ya can be king of the sewers?'
