"Heh. A reveler. Never expected that of a dragon." He leans against the railing, his dark eyes gleaming slightly from the light refracted by the rain. "But I digress. I hope to give mortals the ability to withstand the tidal waves the Wills throw at them. The freedom to live as they wish without anxiety. The future may be bleak, but it doesn't have to remain that way. I am Barbeau, the Demon of Peace, Forge, and Water. I am not, however, a Demon of Mercy. While I wish only to bring comfort, first I must bring a sword."
The cage he pointed to before is dropped, killing the demon inside as it crashes violently to the ground.
"In time, even the gods shall be within my reach."
“Ah, I see. Well I hope I don’t get in the way of your goal then, I think it is a noble one even if I myself am not prone to taking a violent approach. But as a Will of the Wilds, I understand the harsh necessity of it all. Your machine is quite the marvel though, I must say.”
"It was designed to be a sanctuary. A place for those displaced. Initially, it was simply a hotel, but it needed some upgrades for this new age. I hear all sorts of stories, echoing through my halls. You are one of them. The Jovial Drake. I assumed you were a mere legend, something imaginary to keep the people sane in this hell. I am pleased to meet you, and overjoyed that you find my goals tolerable. Perhaps we can be friends when this all blows over." His crackling voice lacks any emotion beyond a very faint pompous annoyance. It might just be RBV, but this person could also just be a jerk.
“I would very much enjoy that, thank you. As far the hell you speak of, there are quite a few things that have grown concerning. I and some others are trying our best to help the mortals we come across in our own ways, but sadly we are not as powerful as the bigger threats in this world. Still, we try to keep our heads above water.”

"A sad fate. Even with my machines, I'm not strong enough to face off against the other Wills. Soon, though. This world is in need of a new order." He raises his free hand, as his other is clutching the mic. Lightning strikes, the light revealing the expressionless man. His messy hair, his cocked back chef's hat, his eyes wide open despite the rain falling into them. A desperate attempt at humanity, but not close enough to pass under inspection. "If you ever have a plan to bring about peace, let me in on it. I loathe violence, but until I can command respect from the older Wills, I must tear down their vile constructions to make way for better ones."

The demon stares for a moment, the gears turning in his head. The machine lowers to the ground. "Would you like to come in? Some of these people would love to see you." Barbeau watches over the adoring horde from yet another railing, the air becoming noticeably colder around him. "Of course!" he calls out. "Your celebrations brought moments of joy and regularity to otherwise brutal and insane lives! You've done as much good as I, and more importantly, without you I doubt these men, women, and children would even be here." Some of the group freak out, saying things like "It's the Chef!" and "Thank you both so much!"
Barbeau speaks into his police mic, the kind pinned to the belt and shirt. "Everybody off the dance floor, please, we're going to bring out the Big Table for Mr. Visk." People cheer as the dance floor is vacated.
