*Luckily its a lot like it's successor TSF where you can just plop a character in and gain power and rule over mortals and stuff. Plus since a lot of the past posters aren't active anymore, there is less Will's and lore of those Wills that will be as in your face relevant.*

*Alright, here we go. I'm going to assume a bit of a time skip has happened.*
Zeon, the Primordial Emperor and the Child of Elemental Chaos.
While many Greater Wills have slowly faded into obscurity and dormancy these past several years, the Primordial Emperor remains active. Grand temples of elemental energy has been constructed by the many mortals of this realm in reverence to the last currently active Overwill. Genasi, those born or changed by elemental power, are especially fervor in their idolization of the Child of Elemental Chaos, ande work to master the primordial power gifted to them. The Fundamental Isles, Zeon's personal domain comprised of a massive floating archipelago of elementally infused islands, still drifts high above the land as it travels across the sky with no clear path or pattern.
Zeon can occasionally be found wandering the world below his Isles, talking to those who cross his path, as he keeps a watch for any new Wills that might spring up from the ether.
Derendia, the Friendly Symbiote and the Guardian of Spring.
Derendia, typically referred to as Rendy by those that know him personally, has become quite the popular figure as he had taken up the mantle of Guardian of Spring and using his control over the domains of Flesh, Life, and the Wilds to populate the world with an array of vibrant life both old and new. His parasitic children, the Derendians, have long since diminished in population, having given their lifeforce to better strengthen the natural order of the world. A small collection of them continue to thrive in a place known to the druids of this world as the Valley of Renewal, a grand and lush river valley comprised of some of the purest, healthiest, and rarest flora in all of the Smorgasbord.
Rendy can often be seen flying around either in his smaller friendly moth form, or in his massive and majestic kaiju moth form. He loves meeting new people, mortal and Will alike, and making new friends.
Asada Shadowmane, The Black Rose and the King of Secrets.
In the lands of the North, a massive kingdom has formed from the scattered and haggard collection of settlements and villages that had suffered and survived the harrowing assaults from Wills such as the God of Fire and Forge and the Snow Angel. The Kingdom of Roses has grown and prospered under the rule of their grand queen Natalya Romanov, also known as the White Rose, who with her charisma and intelligent mind, united the northern people under her banner and brought safety and prosperity to all who swore fealty to her righteous claim to rulership. However, while most of the rest of the world knows of the White Rose's rise to power and status, few know that her kingdom is actually ruled by a Duumvirate, and her reclusive partner pulls his secret strings to bolster the Kingdom, and destroy their enemies from the shadows. He is Natalya's shadow, the Black Rose, his thorns razor sharp and tipped in poison. He is the Spymaster, the Grand Assassin of Mortal and Wills alike, the weaver of subterfuge and discord. Though not a truly evil being, he is willing to do the dark and dirty work to allow his partner to rule with grace and popularity.
Though he does spend quite a lot of time within his kingdom working alongside Natalya, he can sometimes be seen traveling the world is in the guise of his old life, Leonardo Taylorson. With this form, he can silently and secretively observe the world and collect intel of other mortal kingdoms and Wills that could pose a threat to his Kingdom and people.
Hekzia, The Black Codex and the Grand Archivist.
The serpentine Will that maintains the grand temple of the Veiled Archives is as reclusive and mysterious as ever, her paper-like constructs continue to collect the knowledge of the world to expand her ever growing grand library and her Museum of Divinity, the grand collection of statues and sacred knowledge of every Will that has ever existed on the Smorgasbord. Meanwhile, her Couatl children has continued to spread across the world, teaching bits and pieces of practical knowledge to those willing to listen and nurture the magical talents of potential mages among the mortal populations.
She rarely leaves her library, prefering to communicate through her Black codex, and ancient tome that she "speaks" through. Though should one ever find themselves in her presences, they would be wise to take advantage of such a rare opportunity, for she holds many truths...and even more secrets.
Volumdremaak, The Gentle Darkness and That Which Gazes From The Void.
Floating high in the sky, having broken off from the Fundamental Isles several years ago, the Kingdom of Concordia has become one of the largest Kingdoms across the world, in part due to the rule of the Four Dragon Lords. Hallowed Meadows of Tenebrous were as peaceful and shadowed as ever as the Nightwalkers, Volumdremaak's mortal followers, and her undead and dragon children continue to live in peace and harmony. The The Wellspring of souls and the river that flows out from it until it eventually reaches the Spirit Falls continues to usher in new souls and the souls of those destined for reincarnation to the world below.
Volumdremaak continues to collect the souls of those unable to naturally move on to the afterlife for various reasons, taking these souls back to her domain to help them heal and move on, or to give them a chance at a new life through undeath or reincarnation. To the rest of the world, she has become the new benevolent Will of Passage and Death, and her worship as spread far across the world, making her the most recognizable Wills that still exist.
Mephilia, the Platinum Valkyrie and the Multi-Bladed General.
In the Radiant Fortress of Splendor, one of the four sections of the Kingdom of Concordia, Mephilia continues on her never ending quest for innovation and enlightenment. The capital of her domain has become one of the leading places for education, artificery, and civilization over the years as her Bright Scales, mortal followers, along with her celestial and dragon children continue to live in prosperity and activity. She has also spent much time establishing treaties and diplomatic relationships with other kingdoms and Wills, as well as maintaining the many colonies that have arisen due to the Kingdom's expansion.
The Platinum Valkyrie can often be found in her Temple Forge, working on a new golem or going over the documentations of foreign affairs.
Visk, The Jovial Drake and the Grand Revelry.
In the Twilight Glade of Sollemne, one of the four sections of the Kingdom of Concordia, Visk ensures that his fellow Dragon Lords and their subjects never forget the need for celebration and revelry. His Glade is a whimsical assortment of parties, festivities, grand balls and backyard shindigs both big and small. Birthdays, milestone celebrations, yearly festivals, grand funerals and memorials, weddings, holidays, there is never a dull moment in the realm of the Grand Revelry. And wherever there is a party in the Kingdom, you are sure to get a visit from Visk himself. He may be a bit of a airheaded party animal at times, but all in the kingdom knows that no one feels more joy and reverence for the celebration and those it honors more then him.
When not being a Master of Ceremonies, he can be seen walking along the winding roads of the world, a trail of vibrant flowers and lively music ever following behind him.
Zakator, The Devilish Treasury and The Chromatic Forge.
In the Gilded Crag of Thesaurum, one of the four sections of the Kingdom of Concordia, Zakator resides within his Grand Forge. If the Platinum Valkyrie represents the intangible shows of wealth and power of the Kingdom, the Devilish Treasury represents the kingdoms vast material wealth, and the rigid and orderly systems that help to maintain it. While Mephilia handles the Kingdoms foreign affairs and diplomatic endeavors, Zakator handles the domestic laws and the grand army at the kingdom's disposal. His mortal followers, alongside his dragon and devil children, do the hard labor and dangerous nitty gritty work of kingdom maintenance, wealth generation, and upkeep, working alongside Mephilia's followers to take their knowledge and innovations and making them practical and efficient. Those that live under the Chromatic Forge's rule live a hard but fulfilling life doing the often menial and thankless tasks necessary for the rest of the kingdom to thrive and prosper, though Visk spends a great deal of time making sure those in the Gilded Crag can still have moments of revelry and fun between their work, and making sure they feel appreciated publically even as Zakator's people know he appreciates them silently.
The Devilish Treasury can often be seen physically working alongside his subjects, acting as taskmaster, or within his Grand Temple overseeing the laws and progress of various projects across the kingdom.
Phantom, The Spirit of Winter and Hero of the People.
With the wanning of the Mythos of Order, Phantom has become one of the most prevalent Wills across the various personal pantheons of various mortal settlements and cities across the Smorgasbord with many statues and temples built in his honor. Despite the spit in worship, the young teen Will continues to travel and watch over the various mortal settlements under his care personally, fighting off monsters, mediating disputes, or just helping with simple tasks to make their lives a little easier. Currently, as summer is slowly approaching, Phantom be free from his wintery duties for a bit, though he still ensures that the ever frozen sections of the northest points keep their snow and cold.
Despite his power and reputation he still doesn't have a true dominion, preferring the more nomadic life, though he will on occasion retreat to the Frozen Wasteland, the place where his mortal self died in order to bask in the pure hoarfrost that created him.
Alabastor Paon, The Black Peacock and The Moonlight Hunter.
The Black Peacock has continued to hunt down the corrupt and cruel remnants of dead or faded gods that seek to destroy the world and the life within after their masters have left them to their own devices. His old patron, the Moon Presence, retreated from this world several years ago, so he now leader the hunters against those that would sully the world, cleansing the corrupt revanents of dead powers with his Moonlight Blade. He rarely interacts with mortals lest he deems them a worthy candidate to join his hunters, but mortals sometimes speak of seeing the First Hunter in the dark of the night, standing over the remains of a twisted abomination he had just slain, many eyes seeming to stare out from around him on feathery eldritch wings.
Though mortals fear his presence when he is around, they at least know he is there to protect them from he horrors only the Wills can comprehend.
Ezeroc, The Malignant Malady and the Dread Swarm.
The Malignant Malady has been busy building her putrid empire, her army on toxic monstrosities ever hungry and bloodthirsty as they continue tearing each other apart to please their Queen and leave only the strongest soldiers for her swarm. Her realm holds some of the most dangerous and poisonous flora, which is sought after by aspiring assassins and alchemist if they think they can brave her ravenous minions. She watches the rising civilizations with furious distain, wishing to bring all of the world back to the glory of nature's cruel snares where the strong thrive and the weak die and the cycle of life and death is bloody and filled with decadent decay.
Occasionally she ventures out of her domain to gather information and to "sample" the taste of some new mortal or creature.
