Down around Herionidus' River, an increasingly large structure can be seen, partially built right over and in the rushing water, with many contraptions and machines spinning and siphoning, harnessing the power of the river for its own needs. Other than this, it's mainly still a skeleton of a building, with many large empty rooms visible on the inside.
The hundred or so people, along with Phillip, the inventor, are working diligently around and inside of the structure, making some decent progress. They also seem to be temporarily repurposing the large structure as homes to live in while they expand it.
During the extremely extensive conflict between gods and godlike-beings, the people, whose numbers have also grown, have made some almost unimaginable progress...
Towering above and across the entire River is a complex mass of spires, boxy rooms, tunnels, and large, dimly-lit chambers all interconnecting. The superstructure is held up right above the rushing water by thick metal and cement pillars, some of them hollow. The entire thing is made of metal, wood, and cement, and the people seem happy to let vegetation grow right up and inside, some of the chambers almost doubling as mini forests of sorts. Throughout the building, soft lights repeatedly flash on and off, and odd, distant otherworldly sounds can be heard if one listens.
Some of the people have made large, wide elevators along the side of the structure, and one very large one near the middle, unseen from the outside, and they all lead to the very top, taking a good amount of minutes to zoom up walls before arriving. And once at the top, you can see the beginnings of a settlement, with artificial farms and housing, churches, and public areas such as parks. The people seem quite content to keep working and living here, in almost a miniature paradise of sorts.
One more thing that should be mentioned, for now. The wildlife has even started to creep into the superstructure, and there have been sightings of abnormally large creatures such as lizards and birds who are slowly increasing in population. This place seems to rapidly increase the growth of its environments and their inhabitants, somehow.
That is all anyone can notice, from the outside and without much exploring, at least :)

Carso has plans so I'm gonna wait for him before doing anything with Cog or Faltros*
*Oh my gosh so sorry I forgot about my plan but here it is now*
From the city a bright light shines, enveloping the battlefield and everything around it with warmth, comfort and... peace. Floating down from on high, Raegus gently touches down on the ground, extending peace to all the mortals. Of course, his power has no effect on the Wills, but he speaks kindly to the mortals, on both sides. "You have sacrificed much in the name of your faith. Some for, and some against. But this is not your war to fight. This is between us Greater Wills. Now go home, be free and rest, for soon, you will see the victor of this mighty battle." The mortals all feel drowsy and calm and begin mobilizing back to their homes. But there is one who stands defiant in the midst of the gently retreating Godless Ones...
*It's ok. Also would it affect the undead portion?*
Faltros sees the leaving army and scowls. Not because of his retreating forces-- Cogintius's creations were gone-- but because of Raegus. "Ah, I forgot there were two fools," he mutters to himself.
He also sees the remaining figure. Are they still in the carrying thingy or no?
*they are no longer in the palanquin, as the carriers walked off as well*
Raegus replies in booming voice: "The only fool is the one who would bring the wrath of the gods upon them, and continue to fight a hopeless battle."
"What, you think I'm weaker then you?"
"Not in the slightest Faltros. But what you lack is allies, friends, people who will hold you up when you fall to your knees. We," he gestures to all the gods of good, "have something you can never have, and that is trust, love, and companionship. A single god may fall under your wicked power, but with us as one, you have no chance."
*hell yeah, beat him with the power of friendship!*
"I don't see any allies besides yourself that are currently conscious. And look at you! What power do you have over me? What will you do, ease my nonexistent grief? (He lets out a long, long laugh) I'm a manifestation of fear, terror, aggression. Don't trifle with me, Raegus. And either way, if you think you're the one that shall win, just ask our leader about it." He points his flame sword towards the remaining figure.

Crotalus, lord of the desert, stalks through the new civilization, exploring an alien environment.
*Late reply. Again. Mb XD*
As Crotalus begins to traverse the expansive and numerous environments, he first comes across arrays of farms, with parallel trenches growing food such as large mushrooms and root veggies. The grass in the area is a soft, luminescent kind of plant that gently brushes and grabs your feet as you walk through it, but without any malice or harm inflicted upon you.
The people who tend the farms are as varied as any group of humans, and they have started to come up with their own culture too. Popular apparel seems to include colors like gold, blue, and red. They are all very welcoming, and show obvious awe and respect if they can clearly tell that Crotalus is a god.

*No problem. I have been gone for a few days as well.*
The god of desert and famine stalks through the lush land, completely out of place. Mortals who spot him see a strange, skinny traveler in a dusty, patterned poncho, cowboy boots and a wide-brimmed hat.
The grass that clings to him is drained off its water, becoming dry and brittle. Nettles spring up along its stalks, causing it to sting anyone it grabs.
"Such... opulence. How unnecessary, how wasteful." His hand stretches out, skin stretched taunt across his angled bones, and plucks away a ripe fruit. Nothing stings him. No thorns pierce his flesh and the fruit is soft and swollen, not shriveled and dry. He takes a bite. His taste buds are not inflamed with the spiciness and his throat isn't burned by the acidic juice of a water-starved plant, instead it is sweet and juicy.
Not far away, in a lifeless and dying forested swamp where black snakes glide over the roots and minuscule insects hatch, breed and die in the fetid waters, a figure rises from a pool in the center. A new God has arisen. The figure is seemingly made of muddy bark and thick vines and creepers. Small flowers bloom along its arms and spine, and dragonfly wings (though they are like that of a newly-pupated nymph and are not very strong) emerge from its back. Its torso gives way to the tail of a great serpent, and its face is covered with a worn wooden mask. The mask has only two small eye slits and a triangle over where a mouth might be. Slowly, the being looks to the sky, and speaks…
”Wait, what am I doing here???”
This is Savut, the Wild Domain God of swamps and the life therein. And he has no idea that he’s a god at all.

I'll lay a white rose on the cold earth, knowing it that it has not claimed your soul.
Somewhere in a rocky part of the desert, an ancient stone monolith has fallen across the craggy ground. Jackals pick their way across the rocks, searching for any meager scrap of flesh. An ancient entity, a god, forgotten for many long ages, is festering beneath the hallowed sands. A primal hunger incarnate. It’s awakening.
A spray of sand and rock explodes into the sky as a great jackal claws its way free from the sands. Its black fur is matted and caked with dried blood. Its eyes are faded and glassy, like a dead animal. The only item on it is a thick golden collar, latched around its neck and inscribed with esoteric runes. It shakes sand from its fur and howls into the desert.

He prowls the desert sands, jackals and other scavengers following in his wake. He is searching. Searching for other life. Other gods.

Savut slowly walks to the edge of the swamp, shedding his previous form. A medusa emerges from the roots and stones, with green and grey skin and a snake tail instead of legs. She still has flowers blooming from her arms and spine, and begins to make her way into the wasteland. The sands behind her tail become muddy are gently seeded with swamp plants. She seeks answers.

Multiple people approach, seeing what seems like a malnourished person in need of food and possible help. "Want water? Bubblefruit yogurt?" One little boy notices that the worm-like grass has died from you stepping on it. "If ya don't like wormgrass, eat this gooieduck. It repels the grass." He hands you a strange, soft teal object with black stringy stuff wrapped around it.
