A herd of Stags are frolicking through other divinities domains, sign of decay on them, and different colored flames where their eyes should be.
The moment they enter the never ending wildfire, their entire bodies catch on fire. The pain excruciating. Yet they don’t die. Their flesh and fur keeps regrowing, giving the fire a never ending source
"Hm...we have no followers....no worshipers...no citizens...its not necessary....maybe I am....emperor over lightning...itself. I'm meant to master my element...."
Tosu nods. “Training in lightning magic is..a difficult though rewarding process. Some of the most powerful spellcasters I‘ve met were lightning mages.”

Could have a god of love that starts with the peace or life domain*
*A love god with the war domain would be interesting. Using love to incite conflict, like a Helen of Troy scenario.*

A herd of Stags are frolicking through other divinities domains, sign of decay on them, and different colored flames where their eyes should be.
A few of these stags would enter the Hallowed Meadows of Tenebrous, where they can graze on the shadowy grass and bioluminescent flowers. As they graze, their fur becomes a shadow black and their faces become completely skull-like. Where the sections of decay are, beautiful full bloom flowers of various colors and types grow and give off a gentle light. Elegant white designs slowly materialize all over the creature's bodies. The tips of the horns become a blaze with white light that acts as a gentle guiding light for spirits and lost travelers alight.
*I don't know, I was suddenly hit with a wave of inspiration to turn them into creature based on Día de Muertos*

I believe most of them are adults or just above that. And while I cannot grant creatures much power without them actually having me present, I could gift you a boon to help you. (As in they cast a contingency foresight on them, activating when they get in battle for the next time)
Tosu’s tattoos glow a little and he smiles. “Thank you. Adult dragons shouldn’t be an issue. Do I have permission to collect the corses of the gem ones? I can turn them into foci.”
gem dragons? Those Are not a thing in this world. The dragons of Faltros come in five varieties. Red, blue, green, black and white. Reds are most common, I believe.
Tosu sighs in relief. “That should make the fight easier. Thank you.”
I should also probably tell you where the entrance to the underworld is… suddenly, Tosu learns the exact distance and direction the Underworld’s gates are from here. A few hundred miles, in the lifeless wastes.

The stags panic and run towards the swirling forest. The second they enter its boundary, the fire cools.
well… I’m not entirely sure that you by yourself could handle Faltros alone, I’ll leave that to my bearer Crotalus. But I’ve witnessed your immense strength, you would be able to deal with many of their minions. Not sure how you’d fare against the bigger ones, but do you think you could slay a dragon or two? Hundred?
Tosu pauses. “Depends on the type of dragon and the age. I could slay a few greatwyrms, but alone, I’d die after around five.”

*I mean, Faltros is an Overgod now so he can make any CR of dragons. And I own Fizban's physically, so I have the statblock. Thanks for the idea. >:)*

*why? Because this is the fire of a fire fire god and gods can’t really effect the others domain*

*the storm lord is already doing that*
*the storm lord has made bronze dragons, correct? Or some other type of metallic dragon, I forgot. Faltros created all 5 chromatic dragons and has just become an Overgod, allowing him to make creatures as powerful as greatwyrms*
Mephilia would sent the first wave of the Young Iron and Wyrmling Adamantine dragons to the Storm Lord.
The Iron Dragons are smaller then his Bronze of the same age (starting as Small size as wyrmling's and only reach Gargantuan at Greatwyrm stage), but far more agile and cunning as they stalk prey, their dark iron scales blending into the dark storm clouds. He watches as the dragon uses their gravitation breath to pull prey close before taking them down with a powerful lightning charged breath.
The Adamantine dragon meanwhile is sizably larger then the Bronze of the same age (start as Large size, are Colossal at Ancient stage), their scales almost black and incredibly durable even as a wyrmling, shrugging off hits that should cause extensive damage (can't be crit). They are far more fierce, powerful warriors who take pride in honing their combat skills even as newborns. They use a Concussive Breath to deafen and disorient prey, then unleash a Thunderous Breath to deal thunder damage and knock prey down.
They both would notice the Storm Lord and fly over, bowing their heads in respect.
