Volumdremaak is approaching the tree as several of hers and Mephilia's dragons have also arrived to help Savut as they had promised. She has a small contingent of Young Moonstone Dragons (CR 8), Ankou (Skeletal Reaper Dragons/ that are CR 8), and Young Light Dragons (CR 7). Even here, far from her realm, she feels her powers grow.

Mephilia works on creating a small contingent of Constructs as a gift for the leaders of the City of Order, an offer to begin negotiations for trade agreements between their kingdom and the Kingdom of Duality.
The contingent is comprised of a dozen or so Shield Guardians, a pair of huge Clockwork Dragons that can act as siege weapons and artillery, and a clutch of Mithril Dragon Wyrmling which even at their youngest stage are size category large and are incredibly powerful with radiant breath weapons and a very strong sense of order and justice.
