*The plant, which I am now naming Cluaran, is lvl 4, has 19,000 power points, and has the additional domains of Wild, Strife, and Treachery.*
Cluaran has grown to a vast size, dominating the mighty highlands where it first sprouted. Its 13 central stalks, which are each roughly 16 or 17 yards in diameter, reach up a full mile, and the leaves at its base flare out in a half-mile radius. Each of its stalks bears a single massive black flower, each of which radiates with gloom and smoke. The main thorns are huge, nearly 10 yards in length, with much smaller (1 yard long) thorns scattered between them. The thorns drip with a black, viscous fluid, that has seeped into the ground, corrupting all the land in a 100-mile radius. The corrupted ground is covered in thick, dense brambles, which climb up the black, twisted trees that are scattered throughout. Strange creatures scamper about, struggling to survive in an inhospitable environment. Large clouds of smoke blanket the lowest points of these highlands, hiding unknowable horrors beneath them...

Zeon and Talric nods in agreement, as Zeon’s storm aura grows stronger, whipping up rain. Talric then unleashes an aura for heat which collides with Zeon’s, creating a thick humid fog.

Savut has been busy creating a way out of the Valley (unless I’m stupid and made up the part about there being massive cliffs surrounding it).
*nope, there are indeed giant, giant cliffs*
Many thousands of Herionidians take notice and begin to migrate over to that side of the valley, believing things might be safe as the gravediggers have not been sighted for a few days anywhere.

Finally, Savut’s days of work are complete. A great structure made of huge banyan roots winds its way up the side of the walls, forming something like a staircase. Additionally, a couple dozen of the giant mosquitos known as Scrapers are being tended to by the yuan-ti.

Zeon scoops up the rats, the leader placed on its head to guide it. It's mantle of storms flare out like clouds and Talric steps onto it, becoming solid under his feet. Once they are secure, Zeon would leap several dozens of feet into the air over the Yuan-Ti before landing and sprinting off like a lightning bolt, the storm following and fog beginning to dissipate.

The leader directs Zeon away from the swamp, into the wastes where plants are still only starting to grow, bare grasses dotted around the ground and trees that haven’t grown enough yet to be more than a few feet tall. Soil is mostly dry and animals are rare. They go further and further into the middle of nowhere.
