Visk will look over it over for a few moments. "That should be enough to guide my teleportation." He says like he has made up his mind on something.
"Visk, what are you doing?"
"Oh come now dear, we both are aware what you plan to do now..."
Volumdremaak sighs a bit at his carefree attitude on the matter. "You don't have to say it so casually though, brother...."
“What are you going to do?”
"I may not be strong enough to take on a Greater Will of greater caliber then myself, but their mortal creations are another matter entirely. But more importantly, my powers grant me quite the arsenal for being quite sneaky." He says with a chuckle.
"So you will scout out and feed me back information which I can use to prepare myself and Mephilia and our forces to mobilize. That does put quite the risk on yourself if you anger the fire god Visk..."
"My purpose is to bring laughter and fun, hard to do that if they are suffering so. Do you know of anyone else that would be able to help?"
"No, the City of Order would be the place to consider asking for aid that I know of" She says, growling a bit thinking of the City's lack of desire to aid in this situation.
“This is unnecessary. You’ll get killed. And Coginitius did want to help, it’s just that there were too many pressing opponents to the city to provide aid at the moment Tarriker is realizing that things might be spiraling out of control. *and Jobah’s realizing he should have just immediately made Tarriker hateful and angry towards all gods and seeking their downfall, instead of trying to seek help from them first*
*lol, whoops. Maybe you could create a different human character to be the vengeful one. They could even hate Tarriker, saying he abandoned the villages to try and play nice with the gods and blame his absence being the reason so many died in the attacks that happened while he was away, even if Tarriker couldn't feasibly do much even if he was there*
"And if no one come to the aid of your people, it will be them who suffer a painful death. We might not be able to face the God of Fire, but we can aid is staving them off long enough for them to evacuate. It's not ideal, but unless the Elder One's step in, Foréir will continue to do whatever he wishes regardless of the harm it cause." Volumdremaak states.
"We might not be strong enough to save your home, but hopefully we can save some people if we intervene.
*yeah that’s good. i was hoping to get up to some shenanigans with caliborn and stuff too*
“Thank you so much, brave ones.” He says. “You are truly great beings.”
"Oh, you are welcome little one." Visk says cheerily.
"Visk, before you set out..." She says as she holds up a claw to him. Understanding what it signifies, he grabs it. Visk joins the mythos and Volumedremaak empowers Visk with 1,000 power points. Visk suddenly feels a surge of power as his scales starts to pulsate with all manner of psychedelic colors.
"Oh, yes this will be most helpful." He says as his scales shift and he is suddenly invisible for a moment, then reappearing before teleporting to the other side of Volumdremaak. Visk is now Lv 2 and has the Trickery Domain.
"I will return to the Kingdom at once and we will mobilize our forces. You may accompany me little one, unless you wish to return to your people with Visk."
“I should probably go with Visk.” He decides. “To help guide him.”

Cogintius is in the T.O.M. He's stopped writing books and is wandering around his floor, holding onto his head like it's going to fall off, mumbling about what he'll do about the situation(s).
Faltros is in the palace, preparing to send off the minotaurs but wondering where.
A few more towns have been essentially wiped off the map. Only ash remains. Burnt skeletons throughout. But oddly, no bones from livestock remain. And there is nowhere enough ash for the size of the towns.
The old man notices the burnt zombies and moves to find out what is going on. *Could you do me a favor and kill Yamamoto?*
*if he fecks with foréir, sure*
he sees massive footprints leading away. Seemingly following the path of the fire
He follows the tracks. He unsheathes his blade, looking like its made of burnt coals.
After a few miles of walking, he sees an absolutely massive road sign. Not built for mortals. It says: The Never Ending Wildfire: 100,000 giants. The Outpost: 100 giants. *If you want him to die, go to the Never Ending Wildfire. And yes, the measure using their length*

A human wanders through the ashen wasteland, holding a spear and shield, clad in battered and cracked armor. She looks up to the sky, and throws her tools to the earth furiously, screaming curses to the gods. They either destroy mortals through their malice or hide away and harm them with their inaction. Even their good actions are for ulterior motives. They are unfit to guide the fate of humanity.
