 The Afterglow. Back when Pheonix still posted. Back when Fry was constantly rping, back when Himy first joined, when Elliot and Graduis posted, back when I first joined. Back when I was still a newbie, figuring stuff out. Back in the old days, where everyone was just having fun, y'know? It wasn't even two years ago, but it feels like a lifetime. It was so f**king good, just living in the old days. It's the difference between always playing Ark with your friends, and then over the years playing solo. It's not the same, the people aren't the same, and you just think back and wish you could live like that a minute longer, but back then you didn't know how much that time would matter to you, y'know?

And yeah I'd join the Thread! :3

 That’s… really nice. Yeah I remember the Afterglow, I didn’t really rp on it but it was nice. The olden days were nice. Didn’t appreciate them when they were there. Guess I just gotta appreciate the good days now.

 God we must seem old to the new guys. I hope they get that whimsy too. Infact, if we make a very long amount of quotes continuing this conversation for at least tomorrow, it'll be like that (Remember when we did that tho?). And you always just think back, the people you love, where they are now, what's happening, why is everyone gone? I hope one day, all of us 2024 people can get together on ddb for a bit, just to do something. You never realize how little time we have until it's just gone, what you loved. But I hope we all just get to breath in a few more moments, cuz it's not over yet.

And for all the newbies, just try to remember this, okay. If you think I'm cool, you think 'Naner's cool, you think Himy's cool, please just try to rp with whoever or talk to whoever. Cuz we can't stay forever. Good like new people, have a good one, be gay do crime. Oh, and talk like this. This is how you 2024 ddb.

I miss our old friends. I kinda want that too, maybe have us all hang out. But we make new friends along the way too. 

 True. We can't just bring them back to ddb, but we can make new friends. And while the eras change, we'll have to change with them. We can still hope though, and wish that we had known how little time we had back then.

Things are really scary here in the US right now. I won't elaborate, because I don't like talking politics. Currently, however, we are living one of those stories. But I want you (and myself) to know that we can get through this. A new day will come.
