As an action I will cast mental prison, you take 22 damage and must make a dc 25 intel saving throw, on a fail you are trapped in a iron box filled with poisoned needles and are blinded deafened and restrained.
I move 40 feet towards you, doubled because of feline agility, dash as a bonus action, and use my tan bag of tricks to summon a Jackal. How far apart are we?
I also uncanny dodge on the hellish rebuke.

at the start of this turn you were only 20 feet away, so if you are trying to get to me you don't even have to dash.
