Blackflame lets out an ungodly scream and casts, Power Word Kill on the kraken
*the kraken is at 73 health so the spell would kill it but after i did some research I can use my Hexblade ability to steal the kraken's soul for no action with Accursed Specter giving the kraken 10 temp. hp. I can cause its spirit to rise as a specter that gains +10 temp HP. Roll initiative for the specter, which has its own turns. It obeys your verbal commands, gains a +5 bonus to its attack rolls, and remains until the end of your next long rest. meaning that i will be rolling the Specter Kraken's initiative: 5. and my 1 and only verbal command is, "Do not attack or flee."(
