I will also use 3 Sorcery Points for Heightened Spell, giving the lich disadvantage.

DC 18 Con save for all the bad guys or they take 60 (max 10d6) thunder damage and are knocked prone, halved and not prone on a success.

Now for his Bonus Action!

Spiritual Weapon upcast to 3rd level attacking the lich. A faint glow surrounds the flail at his hip, and it flies off of his belt and flips the spike-tipped end directly into the lich's head.

Attack: 29 and advantage, if he failed the save and gets knocked prone, 29 (if not just take the first one)

Damage: 13 force damage

Laughter, lying on the desk in front of Mullock, seems somehow unaffected. He actually sings to himself under the thunder. "Ra, ta-ta-ta, ta..."

Angler's turn:

He yells, "Captain!" And does the classic 'blind them till their eyes burn' trick. Whoever looks at Angler make a Dex save with DC 15. 15 damage, half on a success, 5 or lower on the save means they're blinded until the start of Angler's next turn.

Mullock scream in agony as his chest is scorched by the ray of sunlight. Sergei fists off his hands. “Serves you right, you bloody coward.”
