There's a 'pop' and a boy rounds the corner, his hands buried deep in the pockets of his jeans, his belt sitting on the outside a couple of the pant loops. He wears a white undershirt along with a green button up that's open, the top left pocket bulging with some kind of content. His awkward body language in his broad form is reflected in his eyes, beady things that dart about frantically and anxiously. The boys hair is in an 80's styled mullet, the only part about him that seems to be intentionally messy. His mouth has a perpetual stain of red around it and he blows a bubble with his gum, a vibrant pink like in the cartoons. There's another loud crack as it pops. 

 As he rounds the corner, he spots a young boy. Probably about 15. He has messy blonde hair and gray eyes. He’s wearing a large tyedye shirt and jeans stained with paint. He’s surrounded by paint cans and is currently making a mural on the wall of the DAO. Hi nose is red and looks inflamed.

 The boy with the bubble gum stains approaches the painter, popping and blowing bubbles as he walks. He reaches the boy with the messy blonde hair and leans over next to him, examining the painting.

"Um, hi. I'm, er, Boaz," he says, take a hand from his pocket and extends it in greeting, revealing his chewed up fingernails. "Uhm, I'm new."

 The kid jumps a little, he was pretty invested in painting. “Oh, hi. I’m Finn.” His hands are covered in paint, so he doesn’t shake Boaz’s hand. The painting he’s making is of a slew of different breeds of cats.

quentin stops by on his way and says "CATS!" before leaving

 James is laying on the floor next to the cross loft rubbing his bloody head "oooow... Quare?" He groans. A chair lays on its side nearby.

Kiano is in the cafeteria, drinking a soda.

 James groans as you help him up, he limps beside you "yea Cogitatio bona. Damnere est" He shakes his head.

"heh, already back on your feet? i thought I'd have to carry you!"
