Dread will keep the black tentacles going. At the start of your turn, take 10 bludgeoning. You can use an action to make a DC 10 Strength or Dexterity check (your choice) to escape.
Bonus action to hide. 20 on stealth.

Make a DC 10 Wisdom save or take 9 psychic damage and use your reaction to run away as far as you can from Dread. On a success, take half as much damage and don't run away.
