Shoenen, but for adults.
It's basically the same thing, since it's still Manga, and it's basically author's fiat what counts. For example, Attack on Titan, Chainsaw Man, and JJK are all Shoenen, AKA boys manga, while Tokyo Ghoul, Dungeon Meshi, and One-Punch man are all Seinen, AKA MANga. The difference is minimal, but they have different sets of tropes.
Usually, a Shoenen will be about how "You can do this!" and all the super-powered fights, but even a battle Seinen will be more subdued in most cases, focusing more on themes and morals and the like. Once again, these are not hard-and-fast rules by any means.
