It’s completely your decision, and it can’t screw up your life if you’re sure about it. Honestly, although a lot of people treat deciding that you’re queer like a big deal, it really…doesn’t have to be? Idk if I’m stating this coherently, but as long as it’s your choice and something that you’re proud of and all, it doesn’t have to be big. Ik what I’ve experienced is not quite as big as what you did, but I’ve found taking the tension out of it and really accepting it can calm the mood down.
anyway: You are not screwing up your life, and it’s not an irreversible decision.
