[Since Don isn't at the hotel, Ciano doesn't have much reason to be at the hotel as he's only there for him. Assuming Fulvio is aware of this and relays it to Ciano, Ciano will depart for the day and just wait for tomorrow/later in the day to meet up with Don if he's not there at current. @NoiSilverheart, if you're going to play and have ran your character past TrueJester, maybe they could meet Ciano as one of their first interactions since he's not busy and is also fairly inexperienced. He's also a double agent on both sides of the campaign, so could run you through the basics of some characters and their intentions]
