[Also, I don’t think Don could chuck stuff that far and that accurate. I sort of just accepted it the first time, but if they're miles ahead, I doubt Don could chuck a rock that far and that the rock would maintain enough speed and altitude be harmful.
I think a better explanation for the closed gap is for the Josquad to spend ages looking for the Foundation, whilst Don runs straight there. Eventually, they’ll both arrive at a similar time]
*Yeah, that seems like the best option anyway. But it would be funny if Cosmo was chillin miles away and suddenly a pebble knocks him lightly on the head with a note on it or something.*
[Alright, sounds good. Also, can I just confirm that you’re aware how fast light speed is? It’s 299,792,458 metres per second, so if Don moved at light speed, he’d be able to move from Marino to Rome (25 kilometres apart) in a fraction of a second. Can we appreciate how absurd that is]
*Never said Don could move at light speed. Though that would kind of invalidate the entire squad.I see your point though*
[Dude, he’s gonna sprint to Rome? From Marino? Even for a vampire that’d take hours, especially whilst carrying David and Vie]
*He doesn’t need to stop, sleep, or take breaks. He doesn’t need water or food. He can make it in a few hours, blitz past the Joe squad and move on with his plan.*
*not even dio could move that fast.*
*Dio could very much move that fast and faster.*
*if it takes 20 minutes tops for the gang to get there they are traveling at least 33 miles per hour. They have at the very least a 5 to 10 minute head start. To catch up and beat them he would have to be going well over a hundred miles per hour. if dio was that fast, he would have speed blitzed the crusaders.*
Dio is massively faster than light himself.
[What?! Dude Dio was not faster than light speed what are you talking about.]
*He very much is. I don’t feel like getting into it right now.Remember the sun stand, that was shooting lazers?*
[I think you’re using a much different light speed to me. I don’t want to get into it either, but nothing (NOTHING, not even Made In Heaven) can move fast than light as that’s just not how physics work, even if it is Jojo.]
*There is literally a stand that was a beam of light. The sun stand shot lasers, which are light, and Silver Chariot blocked them. Dio and the world are faster than Silver Chariot, at least with armor on, so. Can you see the logic?*

[Usually I would just agree to disagree, but I always feel guilty letting somebody continue on with horrifically incorrect information, so I'm gonna give one big final explanation. Consider this scenario: I am sat in a pitch black room, and told to cover a torch as soon as it is turned on. Once that happens, I, a regular human, will manage to cover that torch in about half a second as the visual change of light reaches my eyes, which my brain processes, then coverts to an action. Even though I reacted at just below the speed of the first photons emitted from the torch, nobody in their right mind would claim that I moved at near light speed in that moment. If you agree with that statement, then it disproves that Silver Chariot was moving at light speed during the Hanged Man fight; it was a near light speed reaction as Himy said, like the scenario, since if it was a light speed attack, it would have hit immediately as HM left the reflection, so therefore Silver Chariot does not move at light speed.
Also that's just not how lasers work, I'm not a physicist but just because you can redirect light, it doesn't mean you're as fast as light, I think that's a fairly clear thing too (take my torch example but swap out the word 'cover' to 'reposition'. It's the same thing.)
Hopefully that should settle the debate, I'm not going to say anymore. I'm a fan of powerscaling, but not when the facts are wrong as it messes up everything. Let's move back to the chase :) ]

*I mean, technically dio can move faster then light depending on how the world works (not sure if it slows time or fully pauses it, but thats pretty much the only time i'd think he'd be able to move that fast)*

[The World is stated to pause time, not slow down everything else or speed up Dio, but that does raise some interesting points, as a true time stop would stop light (so you can't see) and stop airflow and gas exchange (so Jotaro can't breathe any air). I think it's one of those abilities where the only explanation truly is just 'It's magic' and can't be explained by physics and can't be categorised in such a way. Still, since light still moves in Time Stop (as both characters can see) Dio is not moving faster than light in that instance either (he's moving the exact same speed as usual since it's a pause not a speed-up as stated) I think that's one of the flaws of powerscaling; Jojo wasn't written with clean explanations and neat hierarchies in mind, abilities work in whatever way is narratively best (take The Hand for example, it works differently every time it's shown lmao) ]

[In the first fight between Magician's Red and Star Platinum, Stands are shown to be linked to breathing like Hamon but this is then immediately dropped, and it's sometimes referred to earlier on as Yuhamon (Ghostly Ripple). But other than that, Stands have no connection to Hamon, Hamon's is the result of a specific breathing technique, whilst Stands are the result of an alien virus. Both 'magic' but different kinds. (Think of it like a Wizard and a Sorcerer. One requires training whilst the other just happens) ]

*This is such a cool thread. I’ll need to come up with a new idea for the next part. Anyway, back in time a bit earlier.* Niverde gets a call from his great grandfather that’s he’s going to Rome, ranting in an enraged manner. Niverde decides to call Dan and tell him what’s happening and ask what they should do.

Ciano and the group arrive in Rome, the heart of Italy, a mere 20 minutes after setting off. They roam the streets looking for the Speedwagon Foundation, but can't use flight to speed up the search or look from above as it would attract too much attention. Instead, Ciano just lightens the loads on the group so they can walk as fast they can.
Meanwhile, Vie is being carried by Don, along with David, as he strides through the countryside. He doesn't have much to say, but oddly enjoys it.
[Dunno if Himy and Jobah wanna roleplay asking about the Foundation around Rome, or if we should just skip to when they find it and Don arrives, along with the Neutrals]
[For SoS, we need to come up with a main villian, cos even though it's a Part 6 reboot, it can't be Pucci, but that makes sense since SBR had Valentine as the antag and not Diego even though it was a Part 1 reboot. Dio will definitely still show up though. I reckon an AU Don might work well, but Niverde could be better (He could be a Pirate of the Caribbean, maybe even one of Pucci's old crew, looking for the treasure he feels he is owed?) ]
