"Death comes regardless. No need to fear it. What happened when you fought Lucci?"
"I won't"
"I almost died"
"Better not, the last one to say something stupid ended up heartless."
"I assume you challenged him?"
"gruesome end."

O sorrow, I have ended, you see, by respecting you, because I am certain you will never leave me.
Ah! I realize it: your beauty lies in the force of your being. You are like those who never left the sad fireside corner of my poor black heart.
O my sorrow, you are better than a well-beloved: because I know that on the day of my final agony, you will be there, lying in my sheets, O sorrow, so that you might once again attempt to enter my heart.

"that is indeed true"
"I could."

[Hey, I'm a JJBA fan and this looks awesome, is it open to new players? I've read through the rules and stuff but I'm not entirely sure how it all works, is it a roleplay unique thing or is it like a DND game but with stands and hamon and instead of classes? If it's welcoming to new players I'd love to join, though I'd appreciate a quick rundown on how this thread operates and some very, very basic current story details so I know where to introduce my character :) ]

*New players are always welcome. It's a little bit of both really.*

What's life without a little war to spice things up? Anyone who worries about the little things should notice the bigger picture.
I am (As drummerboy stated) The master of many faces, The unseen puppeteer, The illumination, & The unnoticed influence.
Favorite games series: Dark Souls. Shirtless Solaire. Best best game series of all time: Paper Mario. Fight me about it.
(Alright, cool. Is there any spaces left for a Joestar? I've got a cool stand idea similar to Hermit Purple and Jonathan's Stand)
*Well you could, but we already have one. You know? You can still be a stand user though. The thing functions basically as a campaign were you can pick your side and abilities.*

(Okay cool. The idea for the stand I've got in mind is a stand like Hermit Purple that instead of having abilities to do with technology, has abilities to do with paper. For example, could use the stand on a map to locate your position and create a route to where you want to go, use the stand on a piece of paper with writing to determine who wrote it, and use it on origami to animate it. There are some other potential uses but like Hermit Purple it has absolutely no combat utility at all. The Joestar character I had in mind was the descendant of a relative or cousin of George Joestar I, so is from a pretty much entirely different lineage to the Joestars in the series aside from that connection a few generations back.)
