[I ran my character past TrueJester and they said it was all good, so I'll post the description here and then do an introductory post.]

Ciano Brezza sits outside a cafe at a table, sipping on a lemonade. He has a map of the region spread out in front of him, and is taking notes with a notebook on location. He goes to take a sip of his drink, and notices the ice cubes have sunk to the bottom. 'Damn it, this always happens' he sighs. He then twists his finger counter-clockwise around the rim of the glass, and to all non-Stand users, it feels like there's just been a slight gust of wind. For Ciano and other stand users however, they would have seem him unleash Twisting Sapphire, his Stand, and activated his abilities. The ice cubes suddenly float to the top of the glass and bob on the waters surface. 'That's better' Ciano smiles, and takes a drink.

He seems to be plotting out different locations in the nearby towns and cities to try and identify something. Every so often, he'll note something down and mutter to himself. Eventually he finishes his glass and decides to leave. Folding up the map and stowing away his notebook, he stands up and says to himself 'Alright, time to go find some more Stand Users'

 After a few minutes he runs into a tall, dark skinned, Italian man holding an umbrella over his shoulder to block out the sun. He wears a Obsidian Black three piece suit with red detailing and has a pocket watch made of Obsidian and Gold. He hums to himself as he walks but gives off an air of someone with incredible power behind his friendly demeanor. When he bumps into Ciano he quickly says "My apologizes. Nice to meet you stranger."

Ciao looks the man up and down. Interesting get up, he thinks to himself, I like it. ‘No problem, nice to meet you too. I’m Ciano, Ciano Brezza, and that’s a fine watch you’ve got yourself there.’ He wonders if he could use Twisting Sapphire to lighten it enough to tug it straight off the chain when the man isn’t looking, but restrains himself for now.

Ciano is taken aback a bit by the man’s intuition. ‘No, never sir, I’m offended that you’d take me to be such a lowly pickpocket.’ Eyeing the hand the man outstretched, he decides not to shake it. Something about this guy gives him the impression he’s a little different, and that’s not only because of his fashion sense. ‘Say, you still haven’t told me your name! You know it’s not right to shake the hand of a man you don’t even know the name off!’ Ciano says.

'Nice to meet you, Don!' Ciano then leans in to analyse the watch and is stunned by the intricacy. 'Woah, this thing is incredible, though it's a lot of fine detail for something that only tells the time. I wonder if I could get one like that, or is it one of a kind?'

 Don leans in and whispers "If you can copy a stand I'd be impressed. I have a talent for collecting one of a kind pocket watches but this some isn't one of them." He then pats his on the back and puts his hand forward again.

Say, do you know any more Stand Users? I came here in search of them. Oh yeah, guess it’s only courteous to introduce my Stand, Twisting Sapphire.’ The wind picks up a bit and a figure carved from mist and fog materialises behind Ciano, wearing a sapphire crystal mask with similar coloured gauntlets and rings holding its form in place. ‘He’s pretty cool looking fella isn’t he?’ Ciano muses ‘Though you don’t get to learn his power unless you tell me yours, since an exchange of knowledge is only fair. Or has that intuition of yours already picked up on that too?’

 "I can only assume so much. I know a few in this town." Don's hand is so unnaturally cold that he might be constantly sick "Beautiful stand by the way."

‘Hmm. Guess we’re in the same boat then. Wonder if anymore of them will just land in our laps like you did to me. It was almost like fate drew us here, the chances of us being here at the same time are astronomically slim.’ He then cuts of his train of thought and says ‘Thank you. Your stand is mesmerising as well.’

‘Absolutely, I’d love that. Do you have a method of transport, because if not I’ve got a way I get around. I’ll warn you though, it’s not very discreet unless your stand can somehow disguise us, but I’m sure a watch couldn’t do that.’ He then licks his finger and checks the wind direction. ‘It’ll also depend which direction this rendezvous point is’
