The Rottentooth lumbers it’s way towards tragedy, as it’s form drips with sticky sweet syrup, it lobs a glob of the stuff towards Tragedy.

Tragedy grimaces. This creature is such a warped version of the perfect people of home. Erasing it will be a sweet reward. 'I have no need to eat, and do not do so, other than the great banquets that serve to toast my victory!' He gasps as he is hit by the sweet sticky syrup, the goo somehow permeating the usually poison resistant skin of a celestial like him. He then refocuses himself, and steels his mind for victory.

Tragedy tries to pull himself free, but the shock of the poison entering his system has withered some of his strength. This only fuels him for bloodshed more however. Is he within 10 feet of the Demon Lord to attack with Reach weapons?

He is, the Rottentooth walked close enough to hit with his lollipop weapon, which has a range of ten feet. So yes.

Well...looks like I go first

The mutated tarrasque dives towards the Rottentooth, and attempts to crush the demon in its jaws. 

Make a DC 27 DEX save or take 53 Piercing damage and be restrained. You can escape on your next turn, making a DC 27 STR save, but if you fail you are swallowed and will take 55 Acid damage each turn. 

That’s an automatic fail on the Rottentooth’s Dex save, but on it’s next turn it makes the strength save.

whether that fails or succeeds, the Rottentooth’s sugary presence harms the tarrasque. Make a DC 30 Con save, taking 67 acid damage on a fail, half on a success. It then slams at the Tarrasque with it’s lollipop.

to hit: 25 damage: 17 bludgeoning plus 45 necrotic damage.

to hit: 25 damage: 35 bludgeoning plus 44 necrotic damage.

then, if it succeeds on the strength check and escapes it will use a bonus action to melt into a sugary cascade of syrup and slither 80 feet away, reforming.

CON save: 24

And both of those attacks hit. But, since the Rottentooth did not escape, the Mutated Tarrasque gulps it down, and you take the acid damage. If you want to be free, your either going to have deal 50 or more slashing or piercing damage, or somehow make it throw up. If you do not escape, you take another 62 Acid damage

Another con save for the sugary presence, 70 acid damage.

the Rottentooth is resistant to acid damage, though not immune because it’s literally Candy.

it takes out of it’s bag a piece of it’s candy: a Gummy Grenade with a hard shell and a gooey center.

it detonates it inside of the Tarrasque’s stomach, hopefully dealing enough damage to escape.

The Tarrasque is hit on the inside with sharp, high speed chocolate shrapnel tearing at its stomach with insane force. I would make a Dex save but there’s no way for the Tarrasque to avoid this, it’s inside it’s stomach.

it takes 56 Piercing damage from the shrapnel.

CON save: 28

The Gummy Grenade detonates, causing the Tarrasque to roar and spit out the Rottentooth. Unless it has a fly speed, the Demon falls 100ft and takes 34 Bludgeon damage

The Mutated Tarrasque rushes forward, and stomps all over Rottentooth. DC 27 STR save to stop from getting crushed or you take 58 Bludgeon damage and are dazed.

Strength: 21

You fail the save and are dazed. You have disadvantage on checks this turn and your speed is halved

The Rottentooth, swaying and dazed, points it’s gnarled finger at the Mutated Tarrasque’s teeth, abyssal energy flowing through it’s finger into a blast of pure sugar.

make a DD 30 constitution saving throw. On a fail, you take 63 acid damage and the Tarrasque’s bite attack does half damage for an hour, and on a success you take half damage and the bite isn’t weakened. (This ability is called Rot Teeth)
