Sae has had a new idea. Gesturing wildly at anyone who will look. He says something like: Tree blood is sticky but not strong enough. When we get tree blood, tree skin comes off. Tree skin is strong. It hold stuff. No more tree arm sharp sticks. We make even better sharp sticks. And new thing! Smash tool! *pretty much he’s just discovered twine*
Hirla watches them discover this from behind a nearby tree, and is absolutely ready to plagiarize. She watches to learn his process and what he’s talking about even more.

Yo, I’m Himy, He/Him. I enjoy reading books, understanding why and how things work, anime/manga, video games and obviously, TTRPGS. I’m not the sharpest tool in the shed, but I like to think Im close. I’m good at trivia, history and science
I struggle with empathy. If you’re not sure what I mean by that, it basically means it’s hard for me to understand the mental state of others and respond with the right emotions

*by the way, Hirla’s family line, because it’s their clan name, will be the Rosetta’s, eventually. Are we going to have like, minor timeskips within the different ages? Like a few decades or something? That might be fun but not sure*
[Yeah, especially in the early eras. Time skips of a couple months will be really frequent, just to skim over travel and development stuff. Also I've updated the god awful map with some proposed migration patterns. The Growls, in blue, will go across Western Africa for most of the Prehistoric Era, getting richer off gold, then when the rivers freeze up in the Ice Age they'll head north, eventually crossing into Europe between Morocco and Spain, progressing across Europe and eventually settling in Scandinavia. Some might splinter off and go across Russia to Asia, but I'm unsure. We'll work that out when we come to it. The Roestta's, in pink, I'm guessing will go through the Middle East then eventually curve into Europe :) ]

*cool! I’d imagine that they’d move to inhabit the area around the Nile for a few decades, while more explorers, including what will become the main line of the Rosetta’s, will move to Mesopotamia and Set up what begins to be one of the first big civilizations, before moving to England in the middle/late Ice age. Maybe*
