We meant to give our demands before attacking, but we still weren't going to wait around. Inside this bank, the government keeps a lot of records in addition to funds. Our only demand is to be allowed to look at these records and then leave. We could destroy this entire bank if we wanted to, or we could do this peacefully. Please, do not force us to cause more damage than we already have." He walks over, picks up his robot, and sets it down, letting the weapon continue to spin. He looks at guard 5: "Do we have a deal?" He purposely takes about 30 seconds to do this, causing the weapon on the robot to begin to glow a dull red, backing up his statement. 7
The Officer looks about and then sighs, saying 'Fine...we are outnumbered and a peaceful negotiation seems better. You are welcome to investigate this facility if no more harm comes to any people or property. However, you must be accompanied by these civilians' He gestures to the Coffee Squad, 'I trust they will act to observe you and restrain you if necessary as we sort things up here. Now, you may go.' He radios somebody and says 'There will be a group coming through; let them pass.' He then goes to help the officers and sort out the bystanders, allowing you passage through to behind the teller's desk. Roland seems very happy about this outcome and digs Charles in the arm, saying 'Way to go, I can see why the Lemonseeds are so impressed with your performance! That went pretty awesomely!'

Meanwhile, Sam's pretty unhappy about this. He grumbles 'Great. Looks like we're now babysitting the terrorists as they go on their all-expenses paid trip round the top-secret vaults just cos they threatened their way into it. Awesome.' However, he still follows orders and follows behind the Lemonseeds as they head towards the backrooms.
Officer 5 deeply appreciates this act of charity, and explains the situation to Officer 2 when he's awake and stable. He's at first concerned and confused, but then murmurs 'Well, we can give them what they want, evacuate the place safely without anybody or anything getting harmed, and then call in further back up for when they're finished up to catch them...we'll have to keep an eye on that porter...'

Sitting on a park bench, drinking in the view, is a relatively short black man with a stubbly beard, a black beanie, and black fingerless leather gloves. He is stroking his beard with his hands, and his fingers have short metal claws on them, almost like a cat's. He has just gotten home from his job as a cop when he happens to hear a backup call on his radio. He recognized it as coming from the bank and decided to start driving over to see if he could help. This man's name is Sean Morney, and he has a very interesting power.

His power is that if he touches someone with two or more of his claws, he can express a great mental effort to temporarily paralyze their powers. (Mechanically, he can spend his action and bonus action on a turn to 'Concentrate' on this.) While grabbed in this way, the person cannot escape the grasp and has to follow where he goes. (Mechanically they become grappled with no escape DC.) Its weakness is that he can become paralyzed if he does it too long, and then the other weakness is that it removes their weakness too (So Marble Eyes would get his sight back, Henri wouldn't be sick, etc.) He was asked to become a cop because he could stop porters and people with powerful powers from escaping arrest. He was probably the one to stop Alan when he went on a rampage earlier.
Charles is glad to see that Tam has understood his meaning. He continues to walk, glad this fight was so short. Well, not glad, because he's emotionless, but... Intellectually he knows it was the best course of action.
Tod follows the rest of the coffee folks like usual, hoping to actually do something soon. Meanwhile, he steps on a stray piece of paper that fell on the ground from the previous commotion and slips hard, into a filing cabinet, sending the contents everywhere. He pops back up fairly quickly. "My apologies."

[Hmm, I'm not quite sure when Sean should show up but use when the party enters downstairs as a gauge for when he should show up]
Tam understands Charles' words clearly, whilst Tod slips up and trashes the corridor. The backrooms themselves consist of lockers, breakrooms, a safety deposit vault (though that's not what you're after), more meeting rooms and toilets. You snakes around the winding hall, past all the doors, until you come to two sets of spiral staircases at the end. There's an officer standing there, assumedly the one Officer 5 radioed earlier, who simply steps back as you approach and allows you to pass, down into the bowels of the city...
[I'll let you all post any reactions and stuff you might have to the halls, the officer and any confirmation that you go down the stairs before posting what you find at the bottom. I'm gonna work on another battle map since this is gonna be a bulky section]
