[Cheers dude! I'm still thinking on what I might do for a Stand, but when it's ready I'm sure it'll be sick!]
*THE GOAT HAS RETURNED!!! Welcome back Shiver, it’s good to see ya. Thanks for letting have Louis and keep him, ima have Louis be a slow cook kinda villain, although he will be an evil one, worse than, anyone else.*
[Yo, hey Jester, thanks for the warm welcome! I've finally came up with a sick Stand I'd love to use, it's kinda like Gold Experience and so it's a little OP but I'm open for adaptations!
Stand Name: Hello Builder Stand Appearance: A cyclopean, robotic figure with 4 arms, made entirely out of gold and with a spinning halo behind it. (Kind of like Milagroman?) Stand Ability: Hello Builder can change items into similar forms of itself by touching them. For example, Hello Builder could turn marble to granite, a rickety old chair to an armchair, any book into any other book, an apple tree into a pear tree, water into wine, a cheap car into an expensive one (Wheel of Fortune style), or even disguise the user by turning them into a different person. The possibilities are endless! Stand Weaknesses: Obviously with such a strong power there are several caveats. Firstly, if the item ever becomes more than 10 meters away from the user, it reverts back to its original form. Also, the ability can only affect whole objects, not components. No changing the water in somebodies body to a different liquid or their heart into a different organ. No changing a singular element in an item, it has to be the whole thing. Also, there is size limitations. If the item doesn't fit reasonably in the space it already occupied, it obviously can't work, so no turning shacks into mansions or bonsai trees into whole oak trees. This is basically just to avoid doing things like touching a rock stuck in the sole of a persons shoe and making it into a mountain to crush them. The final weakness is that like Gold Experience, the Stand lacks any good close combat skills, as their strength is comparable to that of a regular persons.
Tell me what you think and if there's any adaptations you'd do, if you're all chill with it I'll get it introduced later on!]

*Seems good. Though it seems like you could very easily create a lot of possiblely overpowered things, that’s not a problem (as of yet) also, Golden Experience having a C in power is a huge misnomer, as it has shown to be capable of destroying walls with a single punch, send people flying, and completely destroy a car*

Yo, I'm Himy (He/him) not as active as I use to be, but I'm here from time to time. I don't got much else to say.
"From the stars of the inner sea, from the tower of insight, from the four corners of paradise, let them know; their story is filled with blessings. Only those free of sin may pass... Garden of Avalon!”
”The elements coalesce, amalgamate, and bring forth the star that interweaves all creation. Bow down with death! Enuma Elish!”
[Hey, thanks for the feedback! I know Golden Experience’s stat strength is inaccurate but Hello Builder would have the strength that would be expected from a C, so average human strength!]

*Stand parameters in general are stupidly inaccurate. Like, Kiss of all stands has stats comparable to that of STAR PLATINUM. And several other stands with C’s have been shown to be able to absolutely dog walk your average human. Moody Blues was able to send Illuso flying back with a few punches, and I don’t no any except some kind of peak human specimen that can send a man back 30 feet (10 meters for you if you didn’t know. I’m just poking fun)*

A taxi pulls up outside the Pandora Castle coffee shop and a young man gets out. He looks about 17, and his clothes are unusual, but are clearly expensive, either custom or from some random niche designer. His jacket looks like a torn dark grey blaser, with fluffs of black cotton stitched to it, appearing kind of like clouds. His trousers match, though he has a light blue shirt beneath and a loose, poorly made tie dark blue tie on, with a little golden rubber duck pattern stitched onto the end. His hair is a wild mop of grey, coming down behind his ears and over his forehead, right down the back of his neck too. He has a pair of sapphire blue reading glasses tucked into a pocket, but looks like he's wearing contacts at the moment. As he exits the vehicle, he lugs a large black leather satchel out with him, stuffed full of all sorts of things. He stows a small book away in the bag, checks his phone's map as if he's got somewhere to be, but then decides to head indoors for a drink. He mutters under his breath to nobody in particular 'God that was a long car journey. I could do with a cold lemonade right now...'

Today is Pano’s day off, and he just so happens to be sitting at a table outside, sipping on a double espresso

At the coffee place is Ura, sitting in one of the corners, drinking an iced tea with lemon and playing a game of chess with himself. He’s dressed in the clothes he usually wears, being a bucket hat and robe in his usual colors. He looks up to the new arrival with a slight bit of interest, but not so interested that he stops playing his game.
The new arrival ignores both these people, and everyone inside in general. Instead, he just asks for a cup of water. You watch as he takes the cup, pays, sits down, and (to Stand Users) you see a golden figure emerge behind him, unfurling its 4 arms and dipping a finger into the water, which quickly becomes lemonade.
[Most elaborate ‘Ask for a water cup and fill it with soda’ ever]
Pano looks over, his face a combination of curiosity and annoyance

Ura not being a stand user, just sees this stranger turn water into lemonade. He raises an eyebrow at the man “Well that’s a new one. Bizarre.” He continues to play his game, his hand shimmering as it moves through some of the pieces.
When the guy finishes his drink, he simply gets up and leaves, muttering ‘That’s better…’ As grabs his bag though, the old, thin notebook he put in earlier falls out of his bag and back onto his chair. He doesn’t notice this and just exits anyway, and by the time he’s out the door, the little notebook has turned into a cheap paperback picture book for kids somehow.

Ura walks over and picks up the book before leaving the establishment a mere few moments after, headed back to his candy shop, instead of walking on the sidewalk simply walking through buildings, the people within panicking, thinking they’ve seen a ghost.
The guy from the café hasn't noticed that he's lost his book yet, and has decided to take a scenic route through town to where ever he's going, having a look at all the sights to be seen and just generally walking around, as if he's not exactly got a time limit until he needs to be anywhere.

They walk past another coffee shop, within they watch someone break the shop owners fingers, slowly, methodically, a smile on the person’s face as he listens to their pained screams. For some reason as they watch this, they can’t get mad that them, or feel anything negative about them at all.
The guy watches this and chuckles, saying 'Golly! Sure is a bizarre town I've moved to!' and continues to walk, quickly forgetting about the instance as if it was just a passing detail he'd seen.
[Thanks, can't wait to see how you play him, I'm hyped for both this new character and the story overall, I came up with a decent backstory for him too so I'm really excited to play him and show what I've worked on!]
