[It sounds like a cool idea but idk how much it would work since you might be a bit left out (non Stand users can't see Stands after all). Also sorry if I'm not on this thread as much as I was the previous two, I've pretty much been dumping all my creative juices into San Fuerza lmao and I am especially busy anyway so don't have loads of time lol, but I'll try my hardest!]

[Insert Nerd Emoji] But yeah, Stand names can be stupid, just think of Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap, Bigmouth Strikes Again and Kraftwerk as just a few examples. None of the names have anything to do with the Stand ability or appearance lol.]

There are many things to be found in California, one of those many things being a large population of homeless madmen, and the Town of Turbulence is no exception to such a thing. In the town lives a man who claims to be able to see time pass by every moment like grains of sand, most assume him nuts, and you wouldn’t be considered wrong to do so. Although those with stands would be able to tell a different story, for they see what this man truly has. Those that see his stand see a simple bottle full of stand, but those who simply see that are fools, within the sand moves on it’s own, and when released from the bottle swirl around the user like a sand storm. The man himself doesn’t look like anything special despite the mysterious stand, his face hidden behind long black strands of hair, unkempt of course, and clothing that hide his features. From what most see is a ragged man, his eyes weak and his skin pale in some spots. No one has seen him carry anything, he has never approached anyone without previously knowing them strangely enough, and yet despite all of this he has never seemed to be too deeply in need. He avoids most social interaction, simply shouting what he has to the world, and prefers to simply walk the streets, silent as death, his shoeless feet hitting the pavement as he simply lives.
