An artist, poet and Musician from France. He's constantly looking for any quick way to fame and fortune. He can be quite the Eccentric and egocentric type, and has a very carefree demeanor. His personality ties well with his stand...
{I'm The Man!} A close range stand that takes the form of a suit, much like Oasis, or White album. But this one is very flashy, because it can turn attention given to himself into power, using it for powerful strikes, blasts, and increased movement. He can also make his stand visible to normal humans if he so chooses, as their attention benefits his stand. Lastly, the suit has a powerful Rapie he can charge with crackling green energy the more attention he gets.
for what his stand might look like, think something like this, but swap out the full helmet for a masquerade mask, and in general make it very flashy, most notably peacock feathers in the back, adding to the grand nature.

Awesome, those both sound (and in 「I'm The Man!」's case) and look great! I'm still working on my Stands, though I have some characters at the moment from the past that I'm ready to get into play with, so I'm happy to start whenever!
Yep, absolutely! Mainly just to vary things for players and to bulk out the numbers for the lore, so if you choose to play multiple, I recommend having them differ from each other or even side with different people to add some variety to the story!
Here's my villain Stand idea. It's pretty strong but that's just because they'll be a major obstacle to overcome, as a mod I'll be taking full responsibility to play this character wisely and for story purposes, so anything he does that's too impactful to other's characters are subject to change if people don't want that to happen (so like deaths and stuff, those will be agreed upon if and when)
Stand Name: Daydream In Blue Stand Type: Close Range Power Type Stand Appearance: Daydream In Blue appears as a iridescent humanoid bluebottle fly, with a chitinous shining blue exterior over its muscles. Its head is that of a fly (like what's on the song cover it's named after) and it has large mandible which are constantly vibrating slightly. Stand Ability: Daydream In Blue has the ability to control vibrations. At first this just meant its user could enhance their Stand's punches with shockwaves and also produce a range of sounds, but they have extended their mastery to a molecular level, meaning they can subtly control the vibrations of atoms and molecules within a person or item, which has the effect of either slowing or speeding them up depending on what is done. This power could potentially extend to full mastery over vibrations, implying at some point they could completely stop a person moving or spontaneously change an item's state, but they haven't reached that level yet and likely will not. Other uses include mimicry of sounds, production of minor earthquakes, sonic screams, absorbing blows for increased durability, and slightly warming or chilling items, although that last one hasn't got any real application.
Rosalynn Rotane: A 36 year old businesswoman and scholar from Italy. She stands at a towering 6'3, has long, voluminous, blonde hair that falls to her waist. She tends to be very calculating and only consider situations in matters of numbers. She has a very strong fascination with Stands and their users, and wishes to research them, no matter who gets in her way. She also tends to get VERY angry when her predictions are incorrect. She uses her stand to full advantage.
{Particle Men} Her stand takes the form of mechanical looking locusts. These Particle Men can cause objects to orbit themselves. Rosalynn can also group them together to make their orbiting abilities stronger. Also, she can launch the items circling her stand, and they're launched with more strength depending on how fast they were spinning. They have a decent range, and are a Colony Type Stand.

Seline Territh is still searching the streets of London for Stand Users to help guide towards righteousness, when she comes across an alley that is emanating an entrancing, hypnotic hum...similar to what her Stand did to her when she first materialised it. She recognises this and thinks it must be a lead, so goes into the alley, where the air starts to chill, far more than what would occur from typical shade at night, and without any wind. In fact, the air even feels heavy...
'Hello?' She calls out, the humming still present but without a discernible source, until she looks up. Silhouetted in the moonlight is a slender man in sea blue finery, his off-white, glossy hair in long curls above his deathly pale face and icy blue eyes. Behind him, a behemoth Stand looms, its chitinous and sculpted body shining iridescent green and blue in the moonlight, with a large head like that of a fly, its red eyes vacant and its mandibles producing the hum Seline recognised. She gets a funny feeling about this Stand user; of course she hasn't met many, and it was her plan to seek out dangerous ones to help them, but she can't help but be nervous.
Seline goes to talk to him but finds her words are quickly cut off, literally. After just a few sounds her voice becomes almost silent, and the figure says 'You're a Stand User, aren't you? Daydream In Blue's hum was at a frequency only Stand Users could hear just now, and it seems you fell right into our trap.' He leaps from the building, and releases a shockwave just before he lands to cushion his fall, and he quickly rushes forward as his stand swings its left hand towards Seline that grabs her around the throat before she can react. Picking her up, he calmly says 'Do you know of the concept of a requiem? It's a song played for those that have died. I'm seeking a concept by the same name, called so by the fact that when attained, ones former Stand dies, and a beautiful melody of raw power is born to take its place and celebrate its strength, new and old. Do you know of it? Feel free to talk, I can amplify your voice whilst your throat is still restrained.'
'I...I don't know...' Seline splutters, and the man sighs. 'I didn't expect you would. Well, I appreciate the thought. I don't care to pry further, as I think you would have given up an answer the first time you were asked if you knew the danger you were in.' His Stand then swings its other arm, however Seline materialises Space Song, its roots curled around her back and its trunk curved up like a tail, just in time to blast the man with a beam of light from an outstretched petal, the branch coiled over her shoulder like an extra pair of arms. The man cries out, dropping her and quickly retreating from the light to not become a victim of its glow, but then just as easily starts to vibrate with an unearthly speed as he lunges across to her left side to strike Seline once more. She tries to wheel around the branch at her right to catch him in the glow of her Stand once more, but she finds herself slowed, and can only watch in horror as Daydream in Blue's fist punches through the disk-shaped flower before the light reaches its user, empowering the blow with a shockwave that causes the flower, and Seline's hand, to shatter and explode. She falls to the floor in pain, her Stand dematerialising as she looses focus, and the user steps around her, their Stand placing a foot on her back in between her shoulder blades and suddenly pushing down with an unimaginable force, her body and the floor beneath torn apart by the tremor he produces as he strikes down to end the fight.
'What a shame. I hate when fights have to get messy like that. Oh well, onto the next lead.'
