You never should have been here in the first-" a cry of pain slips through her mouth, along with the sickning sound of metal entering flesh. the smoke disipates, the fire dies down, and... you see Ashley, kneeling on the ground, a pitch plack sword imbeded in her stomach, sucking the flickering glow from her skin. Holding that blade, is... a shadow? It's a pitch black figure, no details you can see, just holding the blade in Ashley's stomach, ashley's own blade off to the side, slipped loose from her hands, it's golden luster shining blistfully unaware of the plight of it's weilder.

Ha.. at least I.. will not be fighting children -hic-“ A rather large, bull horned centaur charges from the bushes, a massive hooked spear in one hand and a phalanx-styled shield in the other.
