Havoc easily dodges out of the way, smirking a bit. "Seems you don't go down easily. Well neither do I." He says as blood from the runes on his body forms on the blades of his scimitars and he makes two more attacks.
1st Attack: 20 Damage: 19 slashing damage
2nd Attack: 12 Damage: 19 slashing damage
If either attack hits, Havoc uses a hit die to empower and ignite the blood on his blades of the first successful hit that lands, dealing an additional 8 + 9
