*Makana is Chris’ character, a Naiad who, for plot reasons, had plotted to kill 8 or so Haliae (salt water Dryads) and had allied with sirens to do it. For reasons I kind of forgot, Makana and the sirens had broken their alliance and it ended in a fight in which Makana killed literally all of them. I think the sirens were planning on attacking the campers eventually too and that had something to do with it? I’m not sure. Elijah, Angelo, Regina, Asada, Leslie, and Luna are all still on their quests, and we’re taking a break from them since Chris is going through Finals and can’t run them*
