“I don’t know? I turned the corner, two more spotted me running, they started to chase. One opened fire when I hit the treeline. I was just… running. I needed to escape. I don’t know.. where to?” Angelo says, sounding more confused by the second.
“Can you describe your surroundings, while you were running?” Sadhbán pauses again, giving Angelo breathing room. “And potentially what the cops looked like?”
Angelo is quiet for a moment. “A street. New York. Long street, not a lot of automobiles, not.. a lot of people around. Shadows were long. It was later. They were.. I.. don’t remember the details.” He says helplessly.
