A customer service problem has backfired into a PR disaster on Reddit. It's caught the attention of r/all and I wouldn't be surprised if r/roll20 goes private to handle the influx of negative press.
I'm gonna wait and see if they issue any kind of satisfactory response to this today, but I'm tempted to switch to another platform. I've been a fan of what Astral is doing since they were PowerVTT, but they didn't have the features I needed yet. My intention has always been to switch at some point due to the difference in UI, but this ordeal may prompt me to do so a lot sooner than expected.
