Strength is definitely an 8 or lower. No way I don't have a penalty.
Dexterity is probably 12, based solely on the fact that I fit into seemingly too small spaces. Like a bugbear, but... maybe not as ugly? I dunno.
Constitution is 12 or higher. I never get tired when hiking, just... hot. (Please, no jokes about that word)
Intelligence is likely 14 or so. I CAN do all the smart things, I'm just lazy and don't apply myself. (At least, everyone says that...)

Charisma is, unfortunately, 12 or higher. Too many people want to be friends. WAAAY too hard to please all of them.
Class? Errmm... not bard (I like singing, sure, but it's ANYTHING besides inspiring). Maybe rogue (probably a thief, too, but don't read into it too much).

Some thoughts from the peanut gallery. The typical D&Der is a middle class American that has lived with the modern health and education systems and diet. When compared to the “typical” person from the times D&D focuses on there are probably a number of stat differences that develop because of those differences so here goes. A) Strength: thanks to modern diet we are typical larger than midieval folk but we are also much more sedentary and don’t do the sort of constant hard physical labor they did back then. So unless your a gym rat or military our base strength is probably an 8/9 not the midieval 10. However, that larger size and better diet pushes the effective human max from 20 to 21/22 (worlds strongest man/SEALs/pro sports). Back in 1e the rule was 1/10th what you could lift over your head. That may still be a decent guideline for all but the strongest of us. B) Dexterity: because this really represents 2 different things - manual dexterity and over all physical dexterity it could be hard. Modern life calls for a lot more manual dexterity than midieval life did (writing, card playing, electronics work, etc.) and roughly the same amount of physical dexterity (general movement, dodging, throwing). So modern folk might be able to push dexterity a point or so higher on average - 11 not 10 but the max stays the same as the sort of manual dexterity needed for skills like goldsmithing and painting has not changed. C) Constitution: This is the biggest place of difference, with the modern vaccines, greatly improved diet and generally improved diet our modern immune systems are simply stronger than most in earlier times so our average is probably a 12. In midieval times the average life expectancy was 35 now it’s about 70+. Now that is a stat you have to be careful of as what it really represents is that half the folks born died by age 35 and half lived past 35. But with the high infant/child mortality rates and weakening immune systems with age it was almost a triple peak curve not a bell curve. If you made it to 15 you would probably make it past 35 and die somewhere past 60. Improved medical care (vaccines) and diet (stronger immune systems) means we are simply more resistant to diseases and are more capable of extended exertion ( if we are in reasonably decent shape) as well as being able to the same exertion with a smaller percentage of our max capacity. So, based on line for us 12 not 10 but the max probably stays the same. D) intelligence: while the max probably doesn’t change the fact that the vast majority of us have ( or are getting) at least a high school education pushes us up by several points. What that schooling does (hopefully) is to teach you a number of different ways of problem solving (algebraic logic, scientific method, historical analysis, grammar as lo language logic, etc) as well as giving you access to a much large baseline of information to work with and from. Because we have those skills (or at least were exposed to them) and the vast majority of of mideveal folk did not even get the exposure that pushes our effective baseline intelligence up significantly (12/13). E) wisdom: that education as well as our access to fiction literature and travel provides a somewhat greater access to experiences that generate wisdom so while the max doesn’t change the average goes up slightly - 11. F) Charisma: the one stat that stays basically unchanged.
So the modern world’s baseline stats are probably actually: S) 8/9 max 21/22, D) 11 max 20, C) 12 max 21, I) 12 max 20, W) 11 max 20, Ch) 10 max 20

I agree with all except this, honestly. An education doesn't increase your intelligence (ability to learn, mental reaction time, etc.) but simply your knowledge base.
However, most people posting here are heavy RPGers, which tend to be called 'nerds' for a reason: It's often true! So people posting on here would likely have higher INT than average, but not due to education.

The thing most folks miss is that school/duration isn’t just “fact Aquisition” it’s training the brain to think in different ways and that builds intelligence. It forces the brain to build the connections for each type of thought process so you have them available whenever needed. This doesn’t happen naturally. Yes there is a native style of thinking for each of us that develops naturally but the other modes lag behind unless trained and forced to build connections. So schooling ( if you do it properly) actually builds intelligence as well as developing a a knowledge base to use that intelligence on/with.

The problem is most schools are run to make money, not to succeed in making people smarter.
They give the EXACT SAME curriculum to everyone, never adjusting for learning style or anything. A few lucky souls may benefit, but most will not.

Str: 9 - My legs are very strong; I can leg press 400 pounds. But my arms struggle to lift weight and look like sticks. I also just don't try to get stronger, so I would not put any extra stat points into this.
Dex: 10-13 - So this depends on how you define dexterity, because if it is flexibility, this should be a 9. However, I am agile, stealthy, and have the other traits. I think the 2 sort of cancel out and give me the said score.
Con: 12-15 - I don't get sick often, get over it quickly (knock on wood), and have a ton of endurance, also pretty good spice tolerance.
Int: {GOD COMPLEX} - SoOOOooO I am smart, I just don't know how to scale it. My IQ is very high, my grades in school, my class rank, my test scores (KNOCK ON WOOD AGAIN) all speak to that. I don't want to give myself something ridiculous though. I also just enjoy learning. I am leaning toward 16-18 range. Again, this could just be my ego speaking.
Wis: 14-18 - I pick on emotions, small details, and other such things quickly, I think things through. I often appear to act impulsively, but generally I just want to see what's going to happen if I act a certain way. Big range because I don't know how exceptional these skills are, but I know I am better than the majority of people around me.
Cha: 14 - I have been asked out a couple of times, when I am not socially awkward, I can usually do the talky-talky. So yeah, I am charismatic if I can get through my anxiety.
Alignment: any chaotic alignment, but prob CN.
Level: IDK... I would say somewhere from 3-7, just a gut feeling.
I did take a test online for stats I got: str: 12, dex: 14, con: 14, int: 18, wis: 18, cha: 16.

Actually the vast majority of schools are public schools and are not run to make money. I’ll grant that private schools and charter schools are but they aren’t the majority ( they have other problems as well but that is another story). At this point I’ve been a teacher for nearly 40 years and worked in 10 different schools in 4 different systems from the middle school level to the college level. Even in the same schools it’s not the same curriculum even if the it’s the same basic content. Who the teacher is and what they do matters. That is why I said “ when they work”. Some teachers are far better at getting students to develop thinking skills than others. We actually do try to adjust for learning levels, learning styles and learning engagement. No schools are not perfect but teachers generally try to teach thinking skills at least as much as “fact acquisition”. Are as successful as we would like - probably not, but we are trying.

Second Phase of Capatin_Crunch, returned from the dead as a Lich. Still the Tele-Visionary, Pawless Wizard, King of madness, Infinite Fractal, FBI, Archmage of I CAST... !, and everything else.
Still Lawful Evil

Race: Goblin (im human irl obvi, but this fits me better with my height, appearance, and other such things)
Class: Wizard (any domain), Rouge (soulknife), Cleric (knowledge) or Barbarian (wild magic)
Stats:
I don't know if those fit better.
Genius with a god complex...
Get the joke?
Race: Goliath ("Sure, I felt that.")
Class: Rogue (I've been called a backstabber a lot)
Strength: 10
Dexterity: 14 (I've got reflexes. A.K.A I use the same flexes, over and over)
Constitution: 12 (I barely get sick, can push on through pretty extreme pain - like a broken ankle)
Intelligence: 12 (I'm a nerd, a'right? That's why I'm here)
Alignment: Chaotic Neutral (I love burning things. Whether or not I have the right to)
Wisdom: 8 (I'm oblivious. To most things. Like bleeding.)
Charisma: 10
