As per the Archdruid feature,
"you can ignore the verbal and somatic components of your druid spells"
Thus I will cast a 7th level Call Lightning as my action and Call Lightning down on Thauraeln. (DC: 19 DEX Save) to halve 42 lightning damage. (120 ft range so I will move to the edge of that range before casting the spell) You have resistance so the DEX save is to make it 1/4.

Alright... This sort of got sidetracked and so I actually have something to get back to IRL now but I'll mark the damage and then on the turn that I called Lightning... I also would do this
Free Action: Drop Fire Elemental Form
Bonus Action (Moon Druid): Retake Fire Elemental Form with Full HP

So technically I wouldn't take the damage from the blasts... (or at least it wouldn't show on the sheet)
