I reread the how spells work so I just need to roll for concentration from taking damage

 anyway, I don't think you noticed but I edited my post and attacked you again and every hit when you are paralyzed is a crit so, wave's ability activates and deals 107 necrotic damage +( 4 + 9 Piercing damage) 

that adds up to a grand total of 120 damage leaving you at 95 Hp so I will use action surge to cast power word kill

 If you score a critical hit with Wave, the target takes extra necrotic damage equal to half its hit point maximum.

For powerword kill it’s the maximum hp I think, cause I tried to use that on someone and it didn’t work, I could be wrong though

 it doesn't say maximum anywhere
