still no, and I can fly around your hiding. as I have said before and I will say again. you can run from someone that can move faster then me, but the moment you stop to duck behind cover I can catch up and go around it. hiding is not a memory wipe
well, if you want to count, feel free. however, rounding to your side of cover, I say "you have to admit that this would be more effective against someone that can't move at four times your speed." and I cast heightened disintegrate.
how would you do that. first, you would have to find scraps that are large enough within arm's reach, then you would have to do it with just an action, then you would have to make some check to see if you actually succeed in making yourself total cover
