on initiative 23, I mark you as my sworn enemy with the oathbow (I custom named it oathbow.exe has stopped working because it whispers "Swift defeat to my enemies." when I knock it, and I can attack 8 times in a round), and attack you 8 times using +3 arrows, first time using grasping arrow.
Attack: 35 Damage: 30 + 16 poison damage from grasping arrow, and the first time you move 1 foot or more on each turn, you take 4d6 slashing. this is only on a hit, and you can spend your action to make a dc 19 athletics check to remove it. while they are on you, your speed is reduced by 10 feet
